House of the 60s completely renovated with quality services. West-facing terrace with plancha and garden furniture. Shops and services open all year round, in Epierre (5 km) or Aiguebelle (8 km). Privileged location at the entrance to the Maurienne, between the Belledonne and Lauzière massifs 8 km from Aiguebelle and 2 km from St Alban d'Hurtières, on the Col du Cucheron road (departure point for hikes). Access ramp to the motorway at 3.4 km. Hurtières body of water with a preserved ecological zone. St-François-Longchamp/Grand Domaine 29 km (linked to Valmorel in Tarentaise).
