About this property

Gîte, Lodge for groups of 13 people with swimming pool near the Ardèche Gorges.

  • The cottage has a capacity of 2 to 8 people. It is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
    Three spacious bedrooms from 10 m² to 14 m², including 2 independent parental suites with shower room. A room for children with 2 beds.

    An equipped kitchen open to a bright living room. And finally a terrace where you can enjoy a meal and a magnificent sunset by the pool.

    The independent lodge has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a double bunk bed at the bottom and single at the top. The Victoria Lodge gives a real feeling of freedom, a stay surrounded by nature. You will wake up to the song of birds.
    A beautiful wooden terrace on stilts facing south with a view of the vineyards of the village below. Our comfortable lodge with fridge, hob, microwave, table and chairs for 5 people. A storage cabinet and all the dishes for cooking and eating.
    You also have 2 outdoor toilets and a shower in the pool house near our cottage.

    Our land covers an area of 3,400 m² completely fenced, the whole family can use this space to play pétanque or let the children have fun outside in peace.
    For moments of relaxation, our swimming pool awaits you as well as a pool house with sink, shower and outdoor WC. 2 permanent BBQs are available for essential summer grills.

Nous conseillons fortement le logement de Rochdi. Déjà la communication avec Rochdi était juste parfaite, réactive et une bonne eta agréable personne. Le logement et le lodge quoi dire mis à part qu il très très bien équipé intérieur comme extérieur. Nous avons manqué de rien. Nous avons profité pleinement du soleil de la piscine. Nous étions plus dehors que dedans avec le week-end que nous avons eu. Je tiens aussi a remercier Kim de son adaptation personne charmante . Bravo pour ce super logement ou règne la détente le plaisir et la convivialité

Séjour du 14 au 21 mai 2023

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis, dans une maison très agréable à vivre, jolie décoration intérieur comme extérieur au grand calme avec une très belle piscine, un Lodge au fond de la propriété parfait pour les jeunes adultes, plusieurs coins fort sympathique comme le coin pétanques, beaucoup de place extérieur aménagé avec goût, des coins à l'abri pour se pauser, pour apéro, pour partager les repas, bref pour résumer, un vrai petit paradis pour les grands et les petits, nous étions 9 adultes et 4 enfants, de la place pour tout le monde. Nous avons profité de visiter et faire des activités dans cette belle région sans faire trop de kms. Merci encore Rochdi pour tes bons conseils, tes messages durant notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passer bien nous ont touchés, à tout bientôt c'est sur. Katia & famille

Superbe logement, les photos ne montrent pas toutes les possibilités en extérieur, en particulier l'espace couvert devant la piscine, idéal avec un jeune enfant. Merci encore!

Séjour agréable

Un séjour reposant ou tout le monde trouve son bonheur ! La pétanque pour les uns le ping pong pour les autres ou alors la sieste dans les hamac.tout y est !!! Un hôte charmant et très à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très belle maison super pour un groupe 3 salle de bains 3 toilettes plusieurs chambres. Une belle propriété une piscine terrain de pétanque lodge hamacs plusieurs endroits pour boire un apéro ou manger, un barbecue plusieurs frigo. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Propriétaire a l’écoute et très réactif. Endroit Très calme. De la place pour les voitures. Je recommande fortement cette maison pour un groupe d’amis ou en famille. Très bon séjour au milieu des cygales

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Les extérieurs sont superbes, de belles zones d'ombre, plusieurs endroits pour manger, le nouveau petit patio en bois avec les hamacs est top. Le seul point un peu moins chouette est qu'on entend tout à l'intérieur de la maison (pas facile avec un bébé qui réveille toute la maison dès qu'il pleure). A part ça nous avons passé un super séjour et les communications avec le propriétaire étaient également très bonnes. Nous recommandons le gîte.

Séjour excellent ! La maison est totalement confortable et conforme à ce qui est décrit. Le lodge convient parfaitement. Nous y avions exilé nos ados pour plus tranquillité, ce fût une idée lumineuse. Les espaces extérieurs sont bien conçus et agréables y compris la piscine. Je vais m'arrêter là sinon la maison ne sera plus jamais disponible ! Un dernier mot au sujet de Rochdi. Toujours disponible et agréable. Merci à lui pour ce séjour mémorable.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire et l'emplacement du gîte est super bien situé (Vallon pont d'arc et autres). Le secteur est super calme et super beau. La maison est vraiment top, nous etions 12 au total. La piscine est grande, pas du tout serrés à 12 dedans. Bref des supers vacances passés et une adresse que l'on recommande. Merci Rochid à bientôt

Belles vacances en Sud Ardèche

Maison bien située, à proximité de villages typiques du Sud Ardèche ( à la limite du Gard). Grottes de la Cocalière à courte distance. Supérette dans le village. Marchés quasi quotidiens dans les villages alentours. Maison très bien équipée ( la climatisation a été bien utile pendant les grosses chaleurs en journée). Le lodge a permis aux adolescents d’avoir leur indépendance et la température la nuit y était agréable. Piscine très agréable et grand espace extérieur particulièrement appréciable pour notre chien qui avait toute la place pour se dépenser en sécurité ( terrain clos). Beau terrain de pétanque et table de ping-pong. Notre hôte a été très accueillant à notre arrivée ( petit panier de légumes et vin du pays!). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement la maison !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passés de très bonne vacance en famille. Il a fait très chaud cet été : la climatisation pour dormir et la piscine sont de réels atouts! Nous avons aussi profiter pleinement du barbecue et du terrain de boule. L'endroit est très reposant ce qui est un plus pour les vacances. L'hôte est toujours disponible et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cette location pour les vacances.

Excellent séjours en famille pour 11 personnes

La maison est très bien agencée, propre, fonctionnelle. Les lits sont très confortables et les suites parentales : parfaites. La lodge est superbe, beaucoup de place, pratique pour terminer la soirée sans déranger ceux qui dorment dans la maison. La piscine est de taille moyenne mais ça suffit largement pour passer de bonne journée dans l eau. Le plus : les 2 WC et la douche extérieure. Le terrain de patanque est très bien (selon les dires de mon mari), la table de ping pong utiles pour les petits jeunes. Agréable séjour, très belle région. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et fort sympathique. Séjour à recommander dans hésitation.

Super vacances en Ardéche

Nous avons loué avec un groupe d'amis fin septembre. L'arrière saison en Ardèche est vraiment magnifique. Un paysage de début d’automne et une fin d'été très appréciable. Le gîte est idéalement situé très spacieux et très bien aménagé, une splendide vue du lodge sur pilotis, est à ne pas raté. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine sans oublier notre hôte chaleureux et disponible, et qui venait juste d'achever un boulodrome dont on a bien profité aussi. Super séjour je vous le conseil vivement.

Super vacances

Rochdi est un hôte sympathique, serviable et généreux. Nous avons passé 15j dans cette location et, malgré la canicule, nous en avons bien profité. Je la conseille vivement pour passer de bonnes vacances au grand calme. La maison est bien prévue pour les handicapés, les couloirs et les portes sont larges et l’accès extérieur ne pose pas de problème en fauteuil roulant. La piscine est très agréable surtout dans cet endroit d’Ardèche assez chaud. La cèze, le Chassezac et l'Ardèche peuvent aussi vous rafraîchir. Merci Rochdi, nous reviendrons sans doute...

Excellent séjour !

Très bon séjour, nous avons passé un très bon week end prolongé dans cette maison. Tout est prévu pour notre confort, l’intérieur comme l’exterieur. Des vacances bien reposante. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et y retournerons très certainement. Rochdi est très accueillant et fait le maximum pour le bien être de ses locataires, ce qui est un fort plus. Il a également été très souple sur nos horaires d’arrivés comme de départs ! A refaire au plus tôt !! Merci Rochdi !!
