Located in Saint-André-de-Rosans, this independent 35 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a folding bed, as well as a bathroom equipped with a 90 cm shower. On the ground floor, the kitchen is well equipped with a mixed stove, French press coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, and all necessary dishes. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space if needed, and you benefit from a television and fast Wi-Fi throughout your stay.



The private, uncovered terrace overlooks a charming pedestrian alley, ideal for outdoor meals. The space includes a folding table and chairs that you can move inside if necessary. A small bike garage on the ground floor allows you to store your bicycles safely.



Parking is available on the village square and is shared. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. While the accommodation is very comfortable for 2 people, it can become cramped and less practical for 4 people; please consider this when planning your stay.
