"My room was on the 10th floor right across from the elevator, and around the corner from the ice machine. I thought this might be an issue, but honestly it was convenient for me and not too much noise. The room was decent and only a little tired. Overall I was pretty happy. Parking is free and sheltered but it’s enclosed so it’s a little off putting when you’re by yourself. It was safe, I never had an issue but I was nervous at first. I went to the restaurant for breakfast and I found it to be pricy! For $16 I had access to a small buffet of cold items like fruit, yogurt, cereal and hard-boiled eggs. If I wanted to pay almost $28 with tax I could get a hot breakfast as well. I only ate there once. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will be going back!"

"Hotel is very conveniently located to all the attractions we wanted to visit, just a few minute walk to the gates to enter Old Town. There were plenty of nearby establishments to grab a cup of coffee in the morning, a bottle of wine to enjoy in the room while getting ready for our evening meal, fruit or snacks for the room. The hotel seems to be understaffed and waiting for check-in or even to ask a question at the front reception was a wait in line for the one person working the desk. The room was spacious and comfortable and while the hotel is older, it was clean. We enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar on a few nights, and the bartenders were friendly. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would return if we go back to Quebec City."

"Chambre très bien, plancher chauffant dans la salle de bain, un beau plus. Employé à la réception qui salue d’abord en anglais, ça ne se fait pas au Québec, à Québec, de surcroît. Piscine accessible seulement à compter de 9 heures quand le petit déjeuner se termine à 9h30 rend impossible de nager avant le petit-déjeuner, à revoir. À noter que j’ai écrit à l’établissement et n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Vos choix au-dessus de l’encadré de la présente page sont en anglais….."

"It was excellent. Clean room, great bed, fridge, microwave, coffee, free parking although off to the side parking lot. Full breakfast. Pool and hot tub were very nice, although change rooms at pool would be nice. Friendly staff. Price was good. Would stay again"
