Fisherman's house 50 meters from the sea in one place!

Fisherman's cottage located in the municipality of Saint-Armel in the Gulf of Morbihan, ideally located 50 meters from a swimming area in a deadlock. The house includes a kitchen, a living room, a master bedroom with bathroom (shower and bath), separate toilet on the ground floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms (1 bed 140 and two beds of 90) and a shower with WC, finally the attic includes a bed of 140. The house can accommodate 6-8 people.
The house has a large terrace facing south.
It is fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV and CD, DVD and the Internet. Many activities are possible: boat (can rent a dead body), swimming, fishing, walking, hiking, cycling, kayaking etc. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A garden of 400 sqm is also available.

Delightful cottage in an amazing location

We loved this cottage - wonderful location, simply furnished with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. Makes an excellent ground floor apartment for two, but there’s 3 more bedrooms up a narrow spiral staircase for bigger groups. Olivier was a charming and helpful host. Merci!

Peaceful and tranquil area

We loved the location, a short walk from the sea. We were disappointed with the overall property maintenance level. There were signs of long term damp on the interior and exterior walls and a lot of mould. The electrical sockets were hanging off some of the walls. The property smelled of damp and overall it would benefit hugely from a refurbishment and a deep clean. We only used the ground floor.

The Fisherman's House at Lasne; Saint Armel is the perfect location for a relaxing restfully holiday to explore the Golfe du Morbian. The house is located 50 m meets from a small cove. The house is well equipped and comfortable and has a love small garden and terrace. Mde et Mon Claux very pleasant and can provide any information you require about the house; rental details and local area. They are also local should you need assistance. We had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the cuisine and wine of this area of Brittany. Highlights were Josselin, Vannes, Rouquefort en Terre, Chateau de Suscinio; Sarzeau, Penvins. We will definitely return to this house and the area.

The house is well equipped. It has a pleasant and quite private garden with nice tables and chairs. It is set in a small cul de sac of similar properties so there isn't any through traffic and is quite tranquil. It is a very short stroll to the water's edge. We only used the ground floor which had everything we needed. We didn't attempt the metal spiral staircase to the upper floors which is probably not very practical for young children or anyone with mobility issues. There are a couple of negatives which could be easily addressed: there was only one garden recliner if you wanted to sunbathe and it was quite dirty. Secondly, although clean, the house could do with a refresh, e.g. a lick of paint and repair the door under the outside stairs, where the wood has rotted there are holes. However, we had a very pleasant holiday and the area around the Gulfe du Morbihan is beautiful with lots to see and do. This house is well positioned for easy access to all the area has to offer.

Juste parfait

Notre séjour en famille s'y est très bien passé, la maison est simple et charmante. Le nécessaire, équipement cuisine (avec un vrai four) et les commodités y sont présents. Peut-être une possibilité d'aménagement, rendre les toilettes indépendantes de la chambre en rez-de-chaussée. En présence d'un petit bout d'un an, la chambre en rez-de-chaussée occupée, il fallait aller à l'étage pour les toilettes. Et ceci, uniquement en fonction de l'âge des autres occupants, sachant qu'il y a un escalier extérieur pratique. L'endroit est magnifique, avec des possibilités de balades à pieds ou à vélos au top du top. quelle chance. Cadre et ambiance calmes et reposants. Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil, et Olivier pour les infos du golf. Je recommande et y retournerai volontiers.

Super séjour dans un lieu magnifique

Un grand merci à Olivier qui nous a permis de séjourner dans sa maison. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Rien ne manque. La literie est de très bonne qualité et la connexion wifi est optimale. Le voisinage est très calme. Nous avons pu faire des balades jusqu'à l'île de Tascon toute proche et accessible à pieds, nous régaler de fruits de mer et crustacés achetés au marché de Sarzeau très proche (10mn en voiture). Parfait!

Toll gelegen und gut ausgestattetes Gaus.

Toll gelegenes Haus am Golf du Morbihan. Nur einmal um die Ecke gehen und schon ist man am Wasser. Olivier ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sehr schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert hat uns gute Tipps gab, was es in de Nähe zu sehen gibt. Das Wetter war sehr gut und wir konnten schöne Fahrradtouren machen. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht!.

Une petite maison accueillante où l'on se sent chez soi. Très bien équipé dans Un petit coin d'une tranquillité exceptionnelle a 2 pas de la plage avec des ballades dans une nature sauvage a quelques de km des ostréiculteurs... Notre hôte Olivier nous a accueilli fort sympathiquement très disponible nous a indiqué des "perles" a découvrir au alentour ... C'est sur que nous y retournerons...

Un havre de paix

Le logement est situé dans une impasse et à seulement 50 mètres du golf du Morbihan. Logement très bien équipé, seul petit bémol les deux escaliers pour aller dans Les chambres ne sont pas très pratique surtout avec des enfants en bas âge. Sinon nous recommandons vivement.

Liebenswertes Häuschen in toller Lage

Das gemütliche Häuschen und die tolle Lage haben für unseren "3-Generationen-Urlaub" super gepasst. Die oberen Stockwerke waren aufgrund der ungewöhnlichen Treppen im Inneren für unsere Senioren eine gewisse Herausforderung, aber dank der Außentreppe dennoch erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und konnte uns viele Infos zur Umgebung und Tipps für Unternehmungen/Ausflüge geben.

Lage, Lage, Lage

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem hübschen, gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Golfe du Morbihan und zu dem kleinen Strand, an dem man bei Flut baden kann, hat diese Ferien für uns zum unverwechselbaren Erlebnis gemacht. Der Küstenweg und durch die Marais salants ist zu jeder Tageszeit lohnenswert - und das Licht immer wieder anders. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter.
