Inspired by American cottages, this property features an open-plan living area with a sofa bed on the ground floor and a separate bedroom. You have a private, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a TV, and step-free access for your comfort.



Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace and exclusive outdoor pool—perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting. The shared garden invites you to unwind and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.



Street parking is shared. Pets are allowed under certain conditions and available for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. The location is ideal for wine lovers, with château tours and tastings nearby, and golfers will find a course just 20 minutes away. You are only 35 minutes from Bordeaux and 10 minutes from the renowned Saint-Émilion.

Pros: Nous avons passé quinze jours de vacances très agréables, endroit très calme et reposant avec un grand choix de visites un accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire et le gite est parfait. Le soleil, (seulement deux jours de pluie alors nous avons visité quelques châteaux). Beaucoup de ballades en moyenne 1heure par jour et sous un beau soleil, le confort, la sérénité nous ont accompagné tout au long de nos vacances, que demander de mieux et maintenant il faut repartir dans les Hauts de France.
