"Le personnel , la chambre , dîners et petit dejeuner au top "

"Chambre froide. Un vrai congélateur… après une journée dehors, j’aurais apprécié pouvoir me réchauffer. Mais le sol glacial me rappelle à l’ogre dès que je pose le pied par terre… Pour le reste l’hôtel est bien. Le petit déjeuner aussi. "

La propriétaire nous a indiqué de suite qu elle avait essayé d annuler notre réservation auprès du site et que le site exigeait de leur part 600.00€ ( ça nous regardait pas) l’heure d’accueil sur le site était à partir de 17h30 elle nous a indiqué qu elle souhaitait nous recevoir qu à partir de 19h. L’accès à la piscine pas possible… en insistant on a pu profiter du logement et de la piscine non nettoyée à partir de 18h30 … on a payé beaucoup de frais … plus de 200.00€ en...

"An amazing and friendly place, nothing too much trouble and travelling with our dog was made even easier with the hotel being Pet Friendly. Super location, meals delicious and staff always there to help. Will definitely stay here again. "
