This 65 m² apartment has a double bedroom (160 bed) with sea view and access to the balcony and a dormitory bedroom with bunk beds that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home; ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The living-dining room with sea view has a television and access to the balcony with garden furniture. The bathroom is separate. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are also at your disposal.



For maximum comfort, you have a private parking space and you benefit from the common areas of the residence which include the library, table tennis table, mini-golf and outdoor play area for children.
