The house is located in a small quiet street under the pine trees, 1 km on foot from the beach and town centre. With an area of 160m², it has three double bedrooms (140 bed, 160 bed and two 90 beds) thus accommodating up to 6 people.



The open-plan kitchen with living and dining room, TV-WIFI, is equipped with all necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction and gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, chopper and other kitchen utensils. A large veranda with a view of the enclosed garden without overlooking neighbours will allow you to share convivial moments. A bathroom with WC, a shower room and an independent WC complete the house. For maximum comfort, the utility room is equipped with an additional freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, travel cot, ironing board and iron.



Also provided are a garden table, chairs, sun loungers, a parasol and an electric grill.
