In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 35 m² apartment for rent in a residence with direct access to the large beach, which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (with two single beds 80x190 cm) and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate WC.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in the heart of the Garde district, in a very pleasant environment, much sought-after for its beautiful residences and wooded character. The Pointe de la Garde, just a 3-minute walk away, offers one of Saint-Cast's finest panoramas. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The sailing school is just a few meters away and the tennis club is a 5-minute walk away. A golf course is just a 5-minute drive away, as is the accrobranche (tree climbing) adventure park, which both young and old will enjoy. Not to mention the superb walks along the seafront or the GR34, which will take you from one beach to the next (the resort has six beaches).

Nearby, not-to-be-missed stops on the Emerald Coast:
- Cap Fréhel, to the west, a listed bird sanctuary, whose cliffs tower 70 meters above the sea.
- Nearby, take the time to visit Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, majestically overlooking the sea.
- A former corsair town, the fortified city of Saint-Malo has preserved its magnificent ramparts and offers a splendid panorama of the sea. Excursions to the Chausey and Channel Islands are also possible. While a tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier will charm you with its picturesque cobbled streets, rich shipowners' houses and castle.
- Walkers and cyclists can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.
- Another not-to-be-missed stopover is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade or the Malouine promenade will show you some of them.
- Among other destinations, the seaside resorts of Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Jacut are less than 30 minutes away, as are Erquy and Les Sables d'Or. Inland, Dinan, Plancoët and Lamballe abound with sightseeing opportunities.
