Exceptional 140 m² duplex classified **** facing the beach and golf course!

Former hotel converted into a residence, this building built in 1926 in the purest Art Deco style faces the Saint-Cast golf course (18 holes) which runs along the magnificent Pen Guen beach, a hundred meters away. The apartment, classified furnished with tourism category 4 stars, is located on the raised ground floor and enjoys a very beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. Completely renovated by an architect, very spacious, comfortable, bright and functional, and with imposing volumes, it is equipped with high-end equipment. Its subtle decoration and its warm atmosphere will not leave you indifferent! Also at your disposal: a ping-pong room, a bicycle and windsurfing room, 3 clay tennis courts (payable), parking and a pretty shaded park. During the months of July and August, you will find a beach club for children and a sailing school (courses and rental of windsurfers, catamarans, sea kayaks, stand-up paddles ...).

Tourist tax not included.
I do not impose a cleaning package in order to minimize the cost for vacationers. In return, I invite you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Wonderful Home

Hello, We staid there for one week with a couple and had a really good time. The appartment is f´great for 2 couples with all comfort which is needed. The location close to the beach and the beach restaurant was incredible. We had a really good time everthing was there which was needed, and the reception was great.

Relaxed short stay.

Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay.

Duplex de charme vue mer

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce duplex décoré avec goût. La vue sur le golf et la mer est superbe. Quel bonheur de voir leSoleil se lever depuis le salon et son immense baie vitrée. L’appartement est vraiment très agréable avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Merci au propriétaire pour ces précieux conseils. Accueil prévenant et bienveillant. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Mariage à St Cast

Superbes vacances à St Cast. Nous avons sejourné dans le magnifique appartement de Jean Yves. Il offre trois magnifiques chambres et un salon cuisine immense et très lumineux d’où nous pouvons voir la mer et le lever du soleil c’est époustouflant. Je remercie notre hôte pour son accueil, ses explications et les petites attentions qu’il nous a apportées. Un séjour à refaire!

Un super sejour

Nous étions 2 familles, 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Le logement est très bien équipé, une vue magnifique, une pièce à vivre incroyable. L'hébergement est parfait pour se ressourcer, se détendre et profiter en famille/amis. Je recommande ++ espérant y retourner l'année prochaine. Je souligne la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli.

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung in historischem Art déco Hotel

Unser fünftägiger Aufenthalt in St. Cast le Guildo wird einen besonderen Platz in unserer Erinnerung behalten. Die Ferienwohnung im historischen Art déco Hotel „Le Celtic“ ist ausgesprochen stilvoll ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Und doch fehlt es nicht an Gemütlichkeit und Wohlgefühl. Der Ausblick aus dem fantastischen großen Frontfenster auf das Meer am Horizont ist bei jedem Wetter traumhaft schön! Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine offene Küche mit Küchenzeile, mehrere Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und 2 Badezimmer machen den Aufenthalt auch mit Kindern sehr erholsam - unser Krabbelkind konnte sich so ausschließlich im Erdgeschoss aufhalten, so dass uns jede Sorge im Bezug auf Balustrade oder Treppe erspart blieb. Parkplätze hinter dem Hotelgebäude erlauben eine sehr komfortable Anreise. Zuletzt ist die Lage in kürzester Laufdistanz zum wunderschönen ‚Plage de Pen Guen‘ sowie die ganz besonders freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hervorzuheben, die Ihre Gäste mit zahlreichen wertvollen Informationen ausstatten, sehr herzlich empfangen und jederzeit erreichbar sind! Danke für diese herrlichen Tage!
