The apartment is composed as follows:
- 38 m² living room with TV, sofas...
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (1 bunk bed 90x180 (sleeps 2); and 1 double bunk bed 90*190 140x190 (sleeps 3))
- Three bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A lovely 170 m² enclosed garden, with outdoor tap, shower head and duckboard.
- A 36 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
