Calm and total change in this entirely renovated house located in St Cast Le Guildo.
This house is perfectly equipped:

St Cast July 2024

The house was fully equipped for a self-catering stay with baby equipment supplied. St Cast centre was a walkable distance but there was a lovely beach 10 mins away. The hosts provided all the information we needed for our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay and the area was quiet.

Traumhaftes Haus in toller Lage

Wir wurden schon bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett von den Besitzern begrüßt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser absolutes Lieblingszimmer war oben das helle, freundliche Atelier/Wohnzimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. 2 wunderschöne Strände waren sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie der GR34.Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Selbst im Bad war ein Körbchen mit Kosmetikartikel. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall ein zweites Mal. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Notre séjour à Saint Cast a été très agréable. L’accueil de Stéphanie a été particulièrement sympathique. Elle nous a fait découvrir sa maison qui est parfaite, confortable et bien équipée. Nous la plaçons sans problème dans le top 3 des maisons que nous avons louées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le salon à l'étage avec le superbe vue sur mer.Pour finir nous avons pu profiter des conseils de Stéphanie pour découvrir la région.Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.Merci à Stéphanie

Schönes Haus mit toller Lage – aber leider nicht alles wie beschrieben

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen, gut ausgestattet und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick – meine Familie und ich haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich, haben uns vor Ort alles erklärt und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben – das war ein echtes Plus.Leider gab es aber auch einige Punkte, die enttäuschend waren – vor allem, weil sie in der Beschreibung anders dargestellt wurden. So waren laut Anzeige ein Gefrierschrank, Spielsachen für Kleinkinder, Kinderbücher und eine nutzbare Garage vorhanden. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus: Der Gefrierschrank fehlte, Spielzeug und Bücher für Kinder gab es keine, und die Garage konnte nicht zum Parken genutzt werden. Das war schade, gerade mit kleinen Kindern und bei längerer Aufenthaltsdauer.Hinzu kam, dass wir 75  für die Endreinigung bezahlt haben, basierend auf einer sehr detaillierten Checkliste, die wir als Gäste auch selbst einhalten sollten. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht vollständig gereinigt – unter den Betten lag z. B. Staub. Für diesen Preis hätten wir mehr Sorgfalt erwartet.Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm – das Haus hat viel Charme, die Umgebung ist ruhig und erholsam, und die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus zwei schöne Wochen als fünfköpfige Familie verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal, zwei schöne kleine Strände (Pissotte, Fresnaye) sind fußläufig erreichbar, auch zur Bäckerei in Saint Cast kann man morgens in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. In den nahen Orten (Saint Cast, Matignon) finden wöchentlich Märkte statt und auch wenn mal kein Strandwetter sein sollte, kann man diese besuchen oder in die Städtchen Saint Malo oder Dinard fahren, die auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert sind. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und ordentlich, verfügt über bequeme Betten und auch ansonsten über eine gute Ausstattung. Sogar eine Außendusche ist vorhanden, die sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit sandigen Kindern vom Strand kommt. Im Schuppen stehen vier Fahrräder (zwei Kinder-/Jugenräder, zwei Erwachsenenräder) zur Verfügung.

Rundum toller Aufenthalt

Wir durften wundervolle 8 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Kommunikation war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut und der Empfang freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet- wie auf den Bildern! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Küche voll ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Beste zum Schluss: die Lage und der traumhafte Ausblick!!! Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Alles ist mindestens genauso schön wie es beschrieben wird. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und hochwertig. So wird auch ein mehrwöchiger Urlaub zum Vergnügen. Sollte das Wetter mal schlecht sein, kann man auch im Haus wunderbar den Tag verbringen. Das war bei uns zum Glück gar nicht nötig. Wir haben uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Man kann sehr gut mit einem schönen Spaziergang bis ins Zentrum und an den großen Strandgehen.

Conforme aux photos et à la description. Belle vue sur la mer et Fort La Latte depuis le salon a l'étage. Très calme. A 5 min à pied d'une belle petite plage, que nos enfants ont bien appréciée, et du sentier des douaniers. Maison bien équipée, en excellent état, très propre, propriétaires sympas. Rien à redire. 🙂
