Cozy apartment with terrace and pool in Périgord Noir

Comfortable 35 m² apartment, ideal for a relaxing stay. Located on the ground floor of the owners' house, the main room features a kitchen and dining area (no living room). The television is in the bedroom with a double bed and storage closet. You'll also find a bathroom and separate toilet.
Enjoy a small furnished terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue. The vast enclosed 2000 m² plot, shared with the owners, offers a pleasant setting for relaxing. For families, a baby bed and high chair are available. A washing machine is available in the basement. Electric heating. Pack light; everything is included in this cottage. Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, close to Sarlat, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, La Roque-Gageac, and Domme, this region is rich in castles, hiking, canoeing, caves, and beautiful farmers' markets.
Unheated swimming pool shared with the owners (chlorinated, 6x4m, 1.3m deep, with steps). Pool with safety barrier, open from June to October.
Two adult bicycles are available, and a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided).
