As a true crossroads between the Lot, Cantal, and Aveyron regions, you’ll never be bored—there’s so much to explore: hiking, canoeing and kayaking, biking, visiting historic sites and monuments, museums… In the summer, you can also enjoy local festivals in Figeac, Capdenac, St. Céré, or Lacapelle Marival. Three local markets—in Bagnac, Figeac, and Maurs (Cantal)—are perfect for shopping and discovering regional specialities. Back at the cottage or on days when you’re in the mood to relax, you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from June 1 through October 1. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday in the Lot! A fully renovated stone cottage on three levels. On the ground floor, the sleeping area features three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, and two bedrooms each with a double bed. There is one separate toilet and one bathroom/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor: the living areas, including a large living/dining room with a TV, board games, a DVD player, and access to a balcony and a covered terrace with a ping-pong table. Open kitchen with a bar, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Another small living room with access to the garden. On the top floor, a bedroom with one double bed, one cot, children’s toys, an en suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. Enclosed property: swing set, trampoline, football goals, patio, and patio furniture. Barn at the back of the garden with a private indoor pool (8x4), depth 1.35 m then 1.55 m, lounge chairs, and a rowing machine. Wi-Fi access. Sheets and towels available as an option. End-of-stay cleaning included. Non-smoking cottage. Cottage not accessible to people with limited mobility.
