"The amenities were not functioning, the breakfast was mediocre, the staff is unhelpful and the bedding in the room is old and uncomfortable. Really not a great experience."

"Propre, réponse rapide quand on pose des questions. Beau séjour passé en famille dans ce chalet. On y retournera en été pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le chauffage d'une chambre du sous-sol n'est pas assez mais il y a un chauffage portatif sur place qu'on peut utiliser."

"Lit pourrait être plus confortable. Pas de suivi de réveil, de rappel à l'heure demandé : aucun appel pour les deux jours demandés."
