Place your suitcases at the end of the Île de Ré, in a typical and well-preserved village. Just a stone's throw from the beaches and the Phare des Baleines, this family home is the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of the island.
This 100m² house, warm and well-designed, can accommodate up to 8 people. You enter directly into the living area, bathed in natural light. The lounge and dining room offer a convivial and warm space with its beautiful decorative fireplace (non-functional), perfect for gathering over an aperitif or a good meal. From this room, you have direct access to the enclosed garden, conducive to moments of relaxation in the open air. A terrace furnished with garden tables and a plancha will allow you to enjoy your meals in the sun or read peacefully in the shade of a parasol.
Next to the lounge, an independent kitchen awaits you with all the necessary equipment to prepare your favourite dishes: refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you may need. An adjoining laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, completes this functional space.
On the sleeping side, the house comprises four comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located in an adjoining annex accessible via the courtyard: a first one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), followed by a shower room with shower, then a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190). The other two bedrooms are on the main floor, accessible via the lounge staircase: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and the other with two bunk beds (90x190), ideal for children. A bathroom with bathtub completes this floor to offer you optimal comfort.
For your convenience, you can store up to 8 bicycles safely inside the accommodation. Although this rental does not have a dedicated parking space, you can park for free on a public car park 100 m from the house.
