Villa de charme on the Île de

The Villa Ré is located within a walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches of the île de Ré “plage de la conche” (600 mts), and from the “Côte Sauvage” (500 mts). The house is in the area of “Le Gilieux”, in a private residential area away from traffic.

Each of the three bedrooms opens on a garden. The front yard is east oriented, the garden is west oriented. Both the garden and the front yard are out of sight (enclosed by walls and hedges). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilets and sink).

The second bathroom (with shower, bathtub and sink) is adjacent to the other two bedrooms.
The kitchen and living area is spacious. The living room leads on to a wooden floored atrium.

At the villa Ré, you will enjoy a large landscaped garden (approximately 1000 sq. mts).

What can we say about this property other than fantastic. Three glorious weeks spent on this this charming island with the perfect spotlessly clean property. Very well equipped, cannot fault it in any way. Beautiful garden, not overlooked which gets the sun all day and ideal for our dog with shady areas under the tree. Decor inside makes it a home from home, washing machine was an added bonus and parking immediately outdide the property also. We will most definitely return. Thank you again Karine for giving us a wonderful holiday.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine, en famille, dans cette belle maison. Les enfants ont trouvé de beaux espaces de jeux tant à l'intérieur que dans le jardin. Vu le beau temps, nous avons fait de super promenades à pied et à vélo pour découvrir l'île où nous venions pour la première fois. La propriétaire est charmante et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location.

La villa Re est une villa au top. Spacieuse, et parfaitement bien aménagée, elle est l endroit parfait pour un lieu de détente et vacances. Nous y avons passé un agréable réveillon 2018. De plus, les propriétaires restent accueillants, disponibles et réactifs. Un vrai plus ! Merci !

La villa Ré est une maison idéale pour les vacances. Elle est très spacieuse et claire. Elle donne sur un jardin gigantesque et est idéalement située près de la plage de la Conche et de St Clément. L'équipement est généreux et la propreté irréprochable. L'accueil sur place, assuré par Marie ,est chaleureux et efficace. Nous y sommes allés en vacances en 2015 et 2016, et nous attendons avec impatience d'y retourner en 2017. Je recommande très chaudement la Villa Ré.... sauf à la période où nous souhaitons y aller... Marie nous a accueilli le dimanche et ce malgré notre d'arrivée tardive. La maison est trés confortable, la suite parentale permet une plus grande intimité. Le jardin un veritable terrain de foot pour les enfants !! merci pour cette semaine ! Une famille alsacienne

An excellent holiday destination

We spent a very enjoyable week in the Villa Ré, which is spacious, comfortable and very well equiped. It is close to an excellent long sandy beach - plus the more rocky Côte Sauvage where sunsets are wonderful. Marie, who was our contact, was helpful and friendly. Eating out was also excellent in the Café du Commerce by the harbour in Ars en Ré. Nous recommandons la Villa Ré.

We had a fantastic holida...

We had a fantastic holiday on Ile de Re largely due to the wonderful accommodation provide at Villa Re. Everything we needed was there and we had no issues with our booking or our hosts. The villa is in very relaxing and in a charming location, with one of the best beaches nearby which we almost had to ourselves most of the time. We cycled to nearby Saint Clement and Ars en Re for eating out, markets and provisions on the bikes provided. I would definitely recommend Villa Re as a great place to stay!

"Une belle semaine, un accueil parfait par Marie. Une maison de famille ou on se sent vite chez soi. Spacieuse et harmonieuse, de belles chambres. grand jardin clôturé parfait avec des enfants. Vue sur le phare de la chambre parentale et le bruit des vagues quand on s''endort. Nous espérons y retourner, une belle maison de famille. "
