The apartment faces a quiet private courtyard making a nice retreat. Modern but comfortable space in a historic building. Beds are very nice. Easy walk to chateau. Piscine idéale pour se détendre et se rafraßchir : transat, parasol ou repos au frais sous les arbres.. tout est possible. Le studio est agréablement décoré et bien équipé pour un court séjour. "Let me start this by saying, thankfully the host, Alix-Marie, was so accommodating to my poor planning. VRBO needs to address their ability to modify your reservation if plans change, or in my case, double book stays in different cities. That said, she was also accommodating in letting two of my colleagues also stay (which is offered in the description, yet the link on VRBO's app does not work). "Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!"
