This charming little beach house is perfect for a holiday with family or friends—up to 6 people. Enjoy a prime location with direct access to the beach, so you can fully savour the pleasures of the sea just steps from the house.

This property is managed by Welcome 2 Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

You enter the property through the living area with a fully equipped open kitchen:
- hob
- microwave
- refrigerator
- toaster
- bean-to-cup coffee maker
- electric kettle
- dishes

It also features a dining table that seats 6 people and a living area with a sofa and television. The entire space offers a view of the sea through floor-to-ceiling windows.

One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.

A hallway leads to:
- The shower room
- A bedroom with a 120-cm bed.
- A bedroom with a 140-cm double bed.
- A separate toilet.
- A bedroom with a 90-cm single bed.

The house also features a private courtyard where you can park your car. Outdoor dining area in front of the house (outdoor furniture provided during the warmer months).


Included: linens (towels, sheets, tea towels, and bath mats), high chair.
The house does not have Wi-Fi.


A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the accommodation.
For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.

You’ll have access to the entire property (only one room is locked and reserved for the owners). You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

This destination is perfect for a peaceful getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The village is characterised by its traditional Norman architecture, featuring half-timbered houses and slate roofs.

The area around Saint-Côme-de-Frêsné offers wonderful opportunities for walking and hiking. You can explore the rolling countryside, lush green fields, and picturesque trails.

Additionally, its close proximity to the town of Arromanches provides direct access to the history of D-Day.

Saint-Côme-de-Frêsné is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, and learn more about the history of Normandy.
