A wonderful stay

The house far exceeded our expectations. It was a great size for a family of 5 adults anc 2 young children. The kitchen was full of fantastic appliances and everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms were spotless. The added touch of the children’s play area upstairs was brilliant and much used. Outdoors was an incredible garden and decking area with a large plunge pool. The hosts were contactable from the outset and incredibly friendly. I cannot recommend the property enough. The location is perfect too - 10 min walks to the beaches and estuary

Le séjour a été super ! La communication avant notre arrivée était excellente et le logement très accueillant : on s’y sent vite très bien.Nous sommes ravies d’y avoir vécu notre premier week-end du club de lecture.Gros plus pour la présence d’épices et de produits ménagers sur place !Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et, si l’occasion se présente, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. :)

Maison parfaite, très bien placée pour visiter la région. À proximité des plages et de restaurants. Logement très fonctionnel, nombreux matériels à disposition. Ein tolles Haus in guter Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sei es mit Küchenutensilien, Handtücher und Bettwäsche oder auch Garten-Strandspielzeug, etc., es fehlte nichts!Der Pool (etwa 130cm tief und 5 Meter im Durchmesser) war perfekt für die Kinder! Dadurch dass der Pool jeden Abend mit einer Luftpolsterfolie und einer schwarzen Plane abgedeckt werden sollte, hatte er eine gute Temperatur. Zudem lief die Poolpumpe täglich für ein paar Stunden, so dass das Wasser immer sauber war.Der Weg zum Strand geht zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten, es gibt einen Bauernhof für den Obst- und Gemüsebedarf um die Ecke, nur zum Supermarkt ist es dann leider etwas weit.Da wir volle zwei Wochen vor Ort waren, war die Hellhörigkeit im Haus auf Dauer leider etwas störend. Der Boden im Obergeschoss knackt bei jedem Schritt und die Zimmer sind nur durch Schiebetüren getrennt. Somit waren in der Regel morgens alle wach, nachdem der Erste aufgestanden war. Bei kürzeren Aufenthalten ist dies sicherlich nicht störend. Wichtig ist zudem, dass Treppe ins OG etwas beengt für geheingeschränkte Personen ist. Bezüglich der Endreinigung müssen wir sagen, dass wir lieber eine Reinigungspauschale bezahlt hätten, um nicht am letzten Abend das ganze Haus putzen zu müssen. Lieber hätten wir den Abend genossen. Im Inserat selbst hatten wir es auch nicht so eindeutig lesen können, dass eine vollständige Endreinigung zu leisten ist. Vielleicht haben wir es aber auch nur überlesen.

Magnifique séjour !

Superbe maison, conviviale et très fonctionnelle dans une région magnifique ! L'emplacement est top pour de belles balades et est tout proche de Cancale et de St Malo. Anne et Fabien portent une attention particulière au confort de leurs hôtes. Rien à reprocher, tout était parfait ! Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Une location fantastique ! Maison très propre, fonctionnelle, moderne, très bien agencée, ambiance optimale, il ne manque absolument rien (vaisselle, ustensiles, matériel de ménage, jeux de société, appareils à raclette, etc.). Excellemment bien située (10 min à pied de la plage). Un coin de paradis à 2 pas de la côte. Quel paysage incroyable ! Nous reviendrons sans doute aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine. Enfin, Anne et Fabien sont au top (bienveillance et réactivité), même si nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés. Tout était clair dans les explications. A noter, que tout est intelligemment étiqueté dans la maison et le matériel. Un sans-faute...
