Hoguette - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming apartment crossing of East-West, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a common garden of about 180 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other apartments and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small dead end. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Between Saint Malo and Cancale come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a resort site for tourists in all seasons.
- Tourist sites : Many fine sandy beaches, Saint Malo (the Corsair city), Cancale and its oysters, Dinard (pearl of the Emerald Coast), Dinan (city of art and history with picturesque charm), Rennes (capital of Brittany)
- Sporting activities : Various nautical activities, hiking along the GR34 to discover the Breton coast, paragliding...
- Cultural visits : The Mont Saint-Michel located at about 30 km, the big aquarium of Saint Malo...

I feel the decoration made the apartment a bit dark it could with lighter walls . the boulsngerie was good and food at the cafe , the village could do with a restaurant in the evening though .

Hoguette Logement fonctionnel et très bien situé à 8 min de Cancale et 17 min de Saint Malo, 20 min de Suliac. Je regrette juste le confort de la literie qui est trop usé. 5 nuits dans un matelas épuisé par les passages de touristes. Alors effectivement le logement est mal insonorisé comme le précisait les autres avis des utilisateurs cela peut-être gênant quand à l'étage les personnes marchent en pleine nuit ou utilisent les sanitaires. Ce point serait également a revoir mais dans l'ensemble en basse saison c'est supportable. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Je recommande pleinement si le matelas est changé prochainement !

Appartement très bien aménagé. Nous avons passé une semaine agréable au calme. Pas très loin de sites touristiques. Le propriétaire a été réactif à un léger problème rétabli dans la journée et je l'en remercie.

Hoguette Appartement très bien, juste un petit soucis au niveau de l’insonorisation, on entend les douches, chasse d’eau des toilettes, les personnes utilisant les escaliers et les pas des voisins comme si on était avec eux. Un peu agaçant quand on essaie de dormir. Mais sinon très bien situé, propre, place de parking a disposition.

Pour le reste que ce soit la personne du ménage ou Naéliam, chacune dans leur fonction, elles ont été plus que parfaites. Soigneuses, gentilles, attentives. à l' écoute. Logement agréable, propre et bien situé. Avec un bémol sur l'isolation phonique et la qualité des chaises. Je n'ai pas compris qu'il n'y ait pas de bols ou mugs pour le petit déjeuner. Mais je recommande ce logement. Par contre les 70 € de ménage sont excessifs.
