Located in the Residence of the Sea in the DRC and overlooking the park and private residence (secured and accessible to owners). It is composed of :
- Two bedrooms with large closets.
1st bedroom with double bed (140) / 2nd bedroom with two single beds (90)
- The kitchen (redone) fully equipped (oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, hood, coffee maker, dishes / kitchen utensils provided),
- Living room (TV) extended by a loggia closed by large windows overlooking the park.
- Shower room and separate WC
- Private parking space is attached to this apartment + great parking facility in front of the building.

Security deposit: 600 euros
Cleaning charged to the occupant from departure / Cleaning deposit: 50 euros
