Living room with a 160cm sofa bed and TV. Renovated kitchen area equipped with a washing machine, built-in oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, 2 electric hobs, and an electric coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet. A large bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 80cm bed, a closet, and a loggia. Beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and pool view. Ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, and fan are included. Parking space #5 is marked on the ground (with a parking space) on the street. PETS ALLOWED. RESIDENCE WITH SECURE POOL, open from June 15 to September 30. PETS ALLOWED.
