Living room, LCD TV, kitchenette equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, electric coffee maker, mini-oven, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. 1 ground floor bedroom (sliding door) with 1 double sofa bed (130cm) and wardrobe. Bathroom, separate toilet. Large mezzanine with small window, 1 double bed + 1 pull-out sofa bed (2x80cm). 2 fans. Ironing kit. In a quiet, residential setting, 200 meters from the beach. Street parking (no reserved parking). RES. WITH SECURE POOL, open from June 15th to September 15th. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.
