LES REGATES Residence (Secure gate) - Pleasant little holiday cottage for 4/5 people, very pleasant with its large terrace/garden, all mod cons, 800m from the beach, private numbered parking space. This property comprises: Entrance via small garden - Ground floor: Main room: equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, oven, microwave) lounge (TV) with pull-out bed (90 cm). Bedroom with 140 cm bed (mattress changed at the end of 2025) and cupboard - Separate toilet - Bathroom with small bathtub. Upstairs: Mezzanine with 90 cm bed. The plus: Large terrace/well-appointed garden with awning, garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue. Private parking space.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00). This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged. WIFI BOX rental: €39/week You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival. We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
