Located on the port of St Cyprien, this studio-cabin apartment sleeps 4 and is approximately 30m² (322 sq ft). It is located on the 2nd floor of a small, secure building with elevator. Entrance hall with closet/wardrobe, living room with 140cm sofa bed, TV. Kitchenette with bar/serving hatch: 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A separate sleeping cabin with two 90cm (160cm) bunk beds, closet, and small window. Renovated bathroom (shower cubicle) and toilet. Vacuum cleaner. Unobstructed view of the green spaces, north/west exposure. Ideal location in the heart of the resort, approximately 700m from the beach. Yacht club, boats, shops, and restaurants are nearby. Laundromat at the foot of the building. No private parking, free public parking next to the residence or large parking lot at the port (Joa-Casino parking lot is chargeable in summer). SMALL PETS ALLOWED.

Directly on the Port of Saint-Cyprien, small 5-story residence with elevator. Street parking or parking at the Joa-Casino port (chargeable in summer). Close to the Théâtre de la Mer, restaurants, shops, and entertainment, approximately 700m from the beaches.
