Parfait emplacement. Appartement en rdj très fonctionnel avec une terrasse très agréable. Le coin est idéal pour les familles. Deux vraies chambres, salle de bain et wc séparés. La place de parking privative est un vrai plus! Car le stationnement a St-Cyr est très compliqué et onéreux.La propriétaire est très sympathique, réactive et disponible.Seul petit point à améliorer : la gestion locative et le ménage sont faits par une société externe. La procédure d'arrivée est très expéditive sans réel état des lieux, tout comme le départ. Le ménage n'est pas vraiment poussé. Les dessus de lits étaient tâchés, les toilettes netaient pas très propres, la vaisselle mal lavée et il y avait pas mal de poussière sous les meubles et les lits.Je recommande malgré tout cette location!

Merveilleuses vacances

Très bel appartement en rez-de-chaussée à 2 minutes de la plage pas besoin de prendre la voiture ce qui est très appréciable. 2 chambres avec de la literie bien ferme. Belle cuisine bien équipée avec produits entretiens divers. Canapé et 2 fauteuils. Salle de bains avec douche et WC séparés. Très bel espace extérieur avec grande table et un grand store et la cerise sur le gâteau une plancha très appréciable l'été. La propriétaire est très réactive et de bons conseils. Nous avons passés 2 très belles semaines du 13 au 27 juillet. avec douche

Tout juste la moyenne !

La destination est très connue et très prisée, c'est donc toujours un plaisir de nous rendre sur place. Ce logement offre toutes les commodités mais il ne propose rien de plus ! Deux chambres, une cuisine séjour, une salle de bains, WC et un petit jardinet tapis de petits graviers(ils vous accompagnent souvent à l'intérieur). La salle de bains est vraiment à revoir, elle est exiguë et la cabine de douche minimaliste. Idem pour la literie qui n'offre qu'un modeste confort. Résolu à utiliser le click-clack, le confort n'est toujours pas au rendez-vous et c'est bien dommage ! Bref, proche de la plage et disposant d'un parking, cet appartement n'offre vraiment rien de plus qu'un modeste logement. Alors proposer de piètres prestations à un tel tarif il me semble qu'il y a un très léger déséquilibre dans l'équation. Pour les plus exigeants, l'Hôtellerie offre une bien meilleure alternative. C'est décevant !

Lausanne avec deux petites yorkinettes

À notre arrivée l’appartement n’avait pas été aéré et sentait le renfermé . Pour l’accueil même pas une bouteille d’eau fraîche et le frigidaire n’était pas encore en marche. Il faisait 33 degrés à notre arrivée. 4 transats oui mais en très mauvais état serait grand temps de les changer. Canapé et les 2 sièges salon ne correspondent pas à la photo. L’emplacement de l’appartement est au calme et prêt de la plage à 5 minutes et le petit plus le jardinet de 50 m carré ou il fait bon prendre l’apéro le soir. Le store banne nous protège bien du soleil et électrique Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement . Salle d’eau petite et pas de fenêtre . Wc pas de lavabo faut aller dans la salle d’eau.

Un bon séjour dans un appartement très agreable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement, très bien équipé, proche de la plage et des commodites mais sans vue sur la mer. A noter, la location réservée sur le site n'inclut pas le ménage et l'électricité ui sont à payer en plus.
