For a sunny and peaceful holiday just steps from the beach, we offer this two-bedroom apartment for 4 to 5 people in a quiet and secure condominium. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional extra through the agency. Half-day rental of the private pool is also available.

The accommodation:
Come and enjoy your holiday in this ideally located apartment, just 100 meters from Les Lecques beach (fine sandy beach). On the ground floor of this four-unit condominium, you'll find a living room equipped with a television and a sofa bed for two. This space opens onto a terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying lunch with family!

The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (80 cm). A wardrobe provides storage space for your belongings.

You'll also find a small bathroom with a bathtub and a single vanity. The toilet is separate.

Half-day rental with private pool available (€90 for 4 people)

Parking: You can park your vehicle within the gated and private residence.

Amenities:
The apartment has a washing machine and an outdoor area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious summer meals. It also includes a filter coffee maker, kettle, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, breadboard, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, television, fan, and a griddle for grilling!

Wi-Fi internet access!

Bed linen and towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person). Duvets are available upon request (ideal for off-season use).

Cleaning:
This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be taken at the agency reception.

The amount is €1000.
