"On a demandé un hébergement dans le quartier de Saint Denis, on nous a donné une adresse à Mantes-la-jolie, dès le début, on avait affaire à une manque de professionnalisme.Arrivée dans l'appartement, on avait seulement de l'eau chaude que la première et dernière nuit de notre séjour, ainsi que le chauffage ne marchait qu'à la première nuit de notre séjour.On a beau appelé, on a vécu dans un endroit froid pendant l'hiver.J'espère qu'il y aura une amélioration pour les autres vacanciers."

We has a handicap senior and 2 children under 10. We traveled by train, so we didn't have a car. We explained this to the host. It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels. "The property was difficult to access upon arrival as there was no one on site and the wrong FOB had been left for us. The property was advertised as a three bedroom, 2.5 bath. It is not. there are 2 bedrooms and an uncomfortable pull out couch in the living room. There is one room with a toilet and the shower and sink are in another small room. There is no tub as advertised. The property lacked cleanliness. We found soiled men’s underwear in one of the closets. Many lightbulbs were burnt out....

Un lit double de qualité et un balcon agréable.Le logement sentait la cigarette malgré l'aération et le nettoyage de la femme de ménage. Les draps n'étaient pas propres (odeur de tabac et de transpiration) pas d'aleses ou de protection de matelas (tâchés). Pas de décoration. Les matelas pour le petit lit gigogne sont quasi inexistant, il n'est...
