Beautiful, characterful cottage located on the first floor and split-level (ground floor occupied by your carport) with views of the Irouléguy vineyards and the mountains. Numerous hiking trails start from the cottage. The cottage occupies the front facade with a private courtyard and independent access; the owners live at the rear of the house (not overlooked). Ground floor: courtyard, carport. 1st floor: - Open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 2 gas and 2 induction hobs, dishwasher). - Large living room with sitting area, wood-burning stove, TV, opening onto the covered terrace - 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) - Shower room (walk-in shower) - Toilet 2nd floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - Bathroom/toilet Beds made upon arrival. Towels available for rental. Wi-Fi internet connection. Heating/air conditioning available at an additional cost. Firewood available at an additional cost. 27 m² covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue/plancha grill. Small enclosed garden. Only the first floor can be rented for 2 people during the low season (€380/week). A contribution to the cleaning fee will be requested upon arrival: €80/stay (payable on site). In the heart of the vineyards of Irouleguy, in a peaceful area located 3km from the town of St Etienne de Baïgorry, the ideal cottage for family reunions or for holidays with friends!
