"Je ne donne pas mon avis d’habitude mais là vous nous avez tellement mis dans l’embarras que je me permet. Quand nous sommes arrivés avec un bébé de 6 mois et après 4 heures de route et que l’on nous a dit, à la réception, que notre réservation n’était pas enregistrée je vous ai maudit !!! La propriétaire des lieux n’était pas au courant de notre arrivée et n’avait plus de chambre ! Elle nous a assuré qu’elle ne travaillait pas avec vous !! Sachant que ce mail restera sans réponse soyez sûr...

This did not matter to me as we always conversed in French. The service was impeccable. The owner went out of her way to find a vegan restaurant as her restaurant was closed that day. The only reason that I gave four stars for the amenities is that the heated swimming pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. ...
