Saint Etienne is the Organs, at the foot of the Lure mountain and at the gates of Luberon. Saint Etienne les Orgues is a small typical Provencal village of 1 300 inhabitants, which offers all the necessary amenities (doctors, pharmacy, nurses, supermarket, bakery, media library, swimming pool, tennis, pizza, cafes in the shade of plane trees ...). The house is 1.5 km outside the village. It is a detached house of 170 m2 (4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom), with a terrace of 60 m2, a pool of 40 m2, all on a fenced and planted land of 2,200 m2 with a plot of petanque.
Cleaning is included. Towels and bed linen are provided at an additional cost, to be confirmed with the owner.

A lovely stay in rural France

We loved it and the pool was greatly appreciated. A great location for exploring the region...we were out and about five days a week and explored villages, the countryside and what it had to offer. Loved the wildflowers, and later the lavender and the sunflowers. Only issues with the property were the flies, and the erratic wifi. And as older people with reduced mobility, the stairs and handrail were not the easiest. Thank you Anne for a lovely stay in your comfortable and well equipped house. sunflowers

Hébergement fidèle à la description. Un petit cadeau d’arrivée nous attendait et fut le bienvenu. La dame qui nous a accueilli (voisine de la location) est très dévouée et sympathique, disponible ainsi que son mari. La piscine très appréciée par cette chaleur ainsi que tous les équipements extérieurs . Idem pour les équipements à l’intérieur de la maison.Le seul gros bémol de cette maison est l’escalier qui n’est pas sécurisé (pas de rampe côté vide ) donc à mon sens pas adapté ni aux enfants ni aux personnes seniors. Hormis cette remarque, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

La dame qui nous a accueilli a été disponible durant notre séjour. Le mobilier de la maison, en particulier le salon et la cuisine, gagnerait à être remis au goût du jour pour être plus agréable à vivre. L’extérieur est incontestablement le point fort de la maison (plancha, terrain de pétanque, grande piscine, table de ping-pong, arboré avec une jolie vue).

Haus in St Étienne les Orgues

Ich habe meine Söhne mit Freunden zu diesem Urlaub eingeladen und das Haus bereits im Januar gebucht. Durch einen Streik des Franz. Sicherheitspersonal wurde unser Flug nach Nizza gecancelt u wir konnten erst einen Tag später den Kurzurlaub antreten. Empfangen wurden wir von der Nachbarin, die unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war.Ich musste sofort eine Gebühr für Bettwäsche u Handtücher bezahlen. Diese Gebühr war bei meiner Buchung nicht erkennbar. Es lautete in der Beschreibung: Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt.,…Das Haus war auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber als wir abends den Tisch zum Essen decken wollten, stellten wir fest, dass das Geschirr u die Gläser total schmutzig war. Einige Teller mussten wir 3 mal ! in die Spülmaschine stellen. Die Fliegengitter waren in allen Zimmern nicht zu benutzen.Die Dusche hatte keinen „Druck“ u das Wasser lief nicht ab. Man stand knöcheltief im Wasser. Ich habe dies der Verwalterin gemeldet, sie zuckte nur mit den Schultern u sagte zur Dusche: da sind wohl Haare drin….Die Abreise sollte bis 11 Uhr erfolgen - um 8.20 Uhr klopfte es und die Verwalterin stand mit ihrem Mann vor der Tür - wir saßen gerade beim Frühstück - u fragte, ob wir abreisebereit sind, ihr Mann müsse den Pool jetzt säubern!!!Fazit: sehr schöne Lage, ruhig, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig: Dusche, Wasserschaden an der Decke im unteren Schlafzimmer. Hohes Gras auf dem Dach, Fliesen kaputt im oberen WC. 2,5 Sterne!

Insgesamt sind wir enttäuscht!Schon bei Ankunft gab es keinen Strom, der Elektriker war zwar sehr freundlich und hat sich drei Tage lang Mühe gegeben, das Haus wenigstens für unseren Aufenthalt hinzubekommen, musste aber dann Dienstag Abend aufgeben. Insgesamt muss da was am Haus gemacht werden, es scheint nur das Nötigste investiert zu werden. Resultat war also, dass wir ohne Strom natürlich auch kein Internet, kein warmes Wasser und keine Heizung hatten. Draußen 12 Grad! Die Besitzerin wohnt sehr weit weg und hat uns dann 500 Euro zurückgezahlt, das entspricht jedoch nicht einmal ganz dem Anteil der Tage, die wir wegen des Reiseabbruchs verpasst haben. Die Tage vor Ort konnten wir ja auch nicht richtig nutzen, da wir uns darum kümmern mussten, dass das Haus und das Wasser warm wurden. Auf weitere Nachfragen zu einer angemessenen Rückzahlung antwortet die Dame gar nicht mehr. Das Haus selbst war klein, aber in Ordnung. Das Geschirr schien uns nicht sauber, das haben wir vor Benutzung noch gespült. Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. 200m vom Haus entfernt bin ich beim Spaziergang noch von zwei Hunden angegriffen und gebissen worden. Die Menschen im Ort haben mir sehr lieb geholfen, das Problem mit den Hunden schien allerdings allgemein bekannt und ich war nicht die Erste, die gebissen wurde. Ich habe zum Glück keines meiner drei Kinder beim Spaziergang dabei gehabt! Trotz Pool würde ich dort nicht noch einmal mit der Familie Urlaub machen.

Sejour très agréable, au calme et sans vis à vis. La piscine parfaite. Les voisins qui nous ont acceuilli se sont montrés discrets et agréables. Ceci dit escalier sans sécurité pour monter aux chambres et très dangereux d'ailleurs chute dans les escaliers et entorse 1er jour sur les 2 chevilles. Il est précisé dans l'annonce que le linge est fourni mais un message de la propriétaire me demande si elle dois mettre les draps ou serviettes de toilette moyennant finance. Mis à part cela parfait le linge était fourni. linge fournientorses

Super séjour dans superbe gîte dans le cadre du trail de haute Provence

Séjour au top parfait gîte conforme à la description magnifique vue et emplacement le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment un plus le terrain de pétanque et la table de Ping Pong parfaits pour se détendre Une mention spéciale aux voisins qui nous ont accueillis et qui sont dispos en cas de soucis je recommande vivement cette location

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles hat reibungslos beim Check in geklappt. Die Willkommensgeschenke waren sehr nett. Die Hausverwalterin und ihr Mann sind stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, der Grill überragend und das ganze Gelände ist umzäunt. So konnte auch unsere junge Hündin von acht Monaten frei herum rennen. Alle Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und jegliche Ausflugsziele in Erreichbarkeit. Alles in allem können wir das Haus ohne jegliche Mängel weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Maison agréable à vivre si il fait beau.

5 jours agréables entre amis, accueille très agréable et nous avons eu un petit présent qui nous attendais sur la table pour l'apéro après nous avons pas eu le beau temps ,donc pas pu profité de la belle piscine de la propriété. La maison est située dans un endroit calme le matin vous avez juste à entendre les oiseaus. Très agréable. Nous avons pu faire de belle rando et balade dans les villages à coté. Cependant attention la clôture a besoin d'être contrôlé car j'ai retrouvé mes chiens dans le champ à coté de la maison. Je recommande ppur des vacances entre amis
