Great time in Saint Florent

Décors de rêve à travers la Corse du nord au sud

En Corse du nord chaque virage nous fait découvrir son panorama pittoresque, ses petits villages accrochés à flanc de coteau et la mer se dessine entre les monts et les vaux. Au sud, tel un point d'exclamation final entre terre et mer, Bonifacio se dresse majestueusement et nous ouvre ses falaises sur des plages idylliques. Et c'est avec plaisir que nous retrouvions chaque soir le calme et le petit confort du logement que nous occupions

Schöne Umgebung

Saint Florent und Umgebung sind traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht ganz in Saint Florent. Man braucht ein Auto. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in der Nähe und fussläufig erreichbar. Der Pool war gepflegt. Die Plancha zum draußen kochen sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist eher einfach gehalten aber total ok.

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war super. Die Lage der Wohnung war toll. Man braucht, wenn man nicht ca. 45 min laufen möchte, ein Auto um nach Saint Florent zu kommen. Sonst ist alles ( Supermarkt, Restaurants) in der Nähe. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Lovely stay but read this to protect yourself

We stayed at this property in July 2019 The communication on the HomeAway website was really easy, booking was simple The impression I got when booking was that the property was easy walking distance to St Florent and the beach, which is not the case, you will need a car if you are staying here. The property is within a complex or ~20 apartments, this is number 17, ground floor, overlooks the pool, nice position, quiet, no noise from upstairs. It is decorated well, has all you would need to a 2wks stay, fully stocked kitchen, washer, outside drying. The pool is well maintained by the pool guys who turn up each morning. It is shared with all the apartments but there was never an issue with space around the pool - alot of people are travelling around and not just staying at the pool all day- but should you, then it's quiet and relaxing. The apartment is based 5-8mins walk from a large LeClerc supermarket where you can find everything you needs, also near there is a coffee/cocktail bar, and a pizza restaurant which was always quiet, pizzas were ok. St Florent itself is a 5mins drive away where there are many bars and restaurants, shops and a thriving town where you can hire a boat, watersports or lay on the beach. If you want a good beach be prepared to travel, there are some stunning ones across the island, St Florent is not one of them. A couple of points to note on the apartments, a week before arrival we were informed by Sabine the owner that bedding & towels were extra cost, a hidden costs to us. The owner also takes a substantial deposit against damages in advance. We didn't break anything but still Sabine took an extortionate sum from us as we hadn't cleaned the BBQ - a point I disputed with her and after 3 month and HomeAway intervention got my money back. So beware, this owner is out to make money from you! In summary, the location, apartment and HomeAway are all good - there are other apartments within this complex to rent through well known home rental sites if you don't want to take your chance with Sabine's 'extra' charges.

Pour d'excellentes vacances en Corse

Appartement confortable, très propre et fonctionnel dans une résidence agréable, calme, parfaitement entretenue, située tout près de St Florent et des commerces. Nous avons passé des vacances formidables à la découverte du Cap Corse. Petit plus : la piscine et la climatisation de l'appartement sont les bienvenus ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'an prochain. Merci aux propriétaires.

Location ideale

Superbe location très bien entretenue. Rien ne manque. Commerce à proximité, piscine barbecue. A cote de st Florent dans une résidence calme. Wir waren im Juni 2019 dort. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut; diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet; alles, was benötigt wird, ist auch vorhanden (Kochgeschirr, Putzmittel, Poolzubehör etc.) Alles, die Ferienwohnung selbst und auch das Gelände drumherum, ist sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. We were there in June 2019. The apartment was very good; this is very well equipped; everything needed is also available (cookware, cleaning supplies and also pool accessories). Everything, the apartment itself and the surrounding area, is clean and well maintained. Also the landlords were very nice and very accommodating and gave us numerous tips and informations. Nous étions là-bas en juin 2019. L'appartement était très bien et c'est très bien équipé; tout le nécessaire est également disponible (produits de nettoyage, accessoires de piscine ...) Tout, l'appartement lui-même et les environs, est propre et bien entretenu; la vue de la piscine est fantastique. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et très arrangeants et ont donné nombreux conseils et informations. Estuvimos allí en junio de 2019. El apartamento era muy bueno; esto está muy bien equipado; todo lo necesario también está disponible (utensilios de cocina, productos de limpieza, accesorios para piscinas) Todo, el apartamento en sí y los alrededores, está limpio y bien mantenido; la vista desde la piscina es fantástica. Los propietarios eran muy agradables y muy serviciales y dieron numeros consejos e informaciónes.

Schöne Anlage

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und hatte alle angegebenen Vorteile bzw. Merkmale. Es war so, wie beschrieben und alles vorhanden. Die Schlüssel-Übergabe war problemlos. Die Anlage war nicht passend beschrieben in St.Florent, und deshalb nicht gut zu finden, sondern gehört Oletta. Den Strand fußläufig zu erreichen ist nicht so einfach. Es gibt nur einen Weg nicht direkt an der Straße, und dieser führt über einen Hügel.

Un appartement propre, tout confort et idéal pour une famille de 5 personnes dans une résidence calme et reposante, très bien entretenue et équipée d'une piscine plus qu'agréable ! Les alentours, la situation géographique de cet appartement proche d'une grande surface et à quelques dizaines de minutes de Saint Florent vous permet d'en profiter au mieux sans compter les conseils et bonnes adresses de Patrick, personne sur place, très précieux pour passer un agréable séjour. La résidence est idéalement située pour visiter la région, au calme et tout proche des commerces et de Saint Florent. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement où rien ne manquait. La literie est très confortable et la climatisation fort utile !!! Nous avons bien profité aussi de la piscine. Merci à Patrick et Kader pour leur gentillesse et leur aide. Excellent séjour!

L'appart est très agréable, bien agencé et bien équipé (jolie vaisselle et abondante). La litterie est récente et tout est super propre. On se sent un peu comme à la maison..... Les photos représent bien l'appartement tel qu'il est, la seule différence étant la haie de Lauriers roses qui a poussé depuis... on est donc tranquille quand on est sur la terrasse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le barcebue, la piscine... La propriété est dans son ensemble bien fleurie et entretenue par Patrick (plein de bons conseils sur les activités de la région et les restos). Nous recommandons sans hésitation.....
