This beautiful T3 Duplex is located in a quiet and new residence less than 100m from the beach and 1km from the village center. This apartment has a magnificent sea view both from the inside and from its spacious terrace. It consists on the ground floor of a spacious living room with American kitchen, a sitting area with a 2-seater sofa bed, upstairs 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 beds each with fitted cupboard, separate toilet and a shower room. It also has a very beautiful sea view terrace. The apartment has a private parking space and is fully air conditioned. Household linen is provided and cleaning on departure is included.

L’île de beauté !

La situation géographique de cet appartement renferme toutes les conditions pour passer un excellent séjour en Corse du Nord qui est complètement différente de celle du Sud mais qui a autant de charme par sa diversité et son aspect sauvage. L’île de beauté n’est pas une légende mais une réalité tant le décor est magnifique dont on ne peut se lasser. Un p’tit clin d’œil à toutes les personnes que j’ai côtoyé lors de la restauration où dans les différents commerces pour leur amabilité et leur gentillesse et certains pour leur humour, merci à eux !

L’apparmement est bien placé mais les travaux actuels gâchent cet avantage. La propreté du logement à notre arrivée était approximative. La cuisine manque de certains équipements (essoreuse à salade, presse fruits, presse ail, marmite, barbecue ...) L’appartement étant neuf, la literie est parfaite et la décoration au goût du jour. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. La propreté, l’equipement, la transparence sur les travaux en cours!
