Charming modern villa with pool and sea view on the bay of Saint-Florent.

Villa Clea is a charming modern villa, perfect for a comfortable holiday life. On the hill of Fromentica, Villa Clea was built to take full advantage of the truly magnificent views of the bay of Saint-Florent between the west coast of Cap Corse and the Agriates desert.
There is a multitude of bay windows opening living spaces on the outside contributing to a bright and relaxing atmosphere.
The main living areas are comfortably furnished, modern style, with a kitchen elegantly equipped with all the appliances you can expect from a quality holiday home.
The rooms are spacious and including air conditioning. There are three of the rooms that have a private bathroom.
The kitchen and living room doors overlook the wooden terrace with the pool at the back.
Several comfort corners arranged to admire the spectacular views and let time pass.
The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.

The villa is of type F6 with an area of 200m2:

1 with a single bed in 90x190cm
2 with beds in 160x200cm
1 with bed in 140x190cm
1 with 2 single beds in 90x190cm
- 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub.

Villa bien située sur les hauteurs du golfe de St Florent . Très calme sans vis à vis . Meublée avec goût elle est très confortable et bien équipée pour des vacances familiales ou amicales . Elle est sur 2 niveaux : rez de jardin et terrasse avec piscine . Belle vue quelque soit le niveau . 5 chambres dont 2 suites parentales ( lit de 160 cm) une salle de bain commune aux 2 chambres ( lit de 140 cm et 2 lits de 90 cm ) et une chambre avec un lit de 90 cm avec petite salle de douche . Les 2 lits de 90 cm /190 cm ont un encadrement en bois qui peut gêner le confort des adultes mesurant plus de 185 cm . Les literies sont confortables et le linge de maison en nombre suffisant . Pas de serviettes pour la plage . Alice la gestionnaire est d’une grande gentillesse et très accueillante ( merci encore de nous avoir attendu malgré notre arrivée tardive ) . Nous recommandons cette villa .
