Appart sympa au coeur d'un très beau domaine

Le logement est bien situé dans la propriété, les vis à vis sont éloignés, l'endroit est calme, nous étions les seuls dans la villa de 4 appartements. Le logement correspond exactement au descriptif, pas de mauvaise surprise. Le domaine de l'anse des rochers est un ancien complexe hôtelier qui a été racheté par divers propriétaires qui proposent les appartements à la location, il y a donc un bâtiment à l'abandon un peu en retrait à l'intérieur du domaine, mais les bâtiments de villégiature ont été repeints récemment (nous l'avons constaté pour y avoir séjourné il y a 3 ans), et l'ensemble est bien entretenu et bénéficie d'une très grande piscine à débordement et d'une superbe petite plage de sable blanc bordée de Cocotiers. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du restaurant qui etait fermé (basse saison) . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à Yvelise notre hôte sur place pour avoir été ultra réactive lorsque nous avons par inadvertance laissé les clés à l'intérieur de la chambre en fermant la baie qui s'est verrouillée ;) elle nous a évité de passer la nuit sur le canapé de la terrasse par cette grande chaleur ! Seul tout petit bémol et petite suggestion : pas de wifi stable, et la 4G passe très mal à cet endroit.. peut-être serait-il bien de penser à équiper le logement d'une ligne internet et Wi-Fi indépendant . À part ça, tout a été ok! Merci !

Le logement est impeccable et très propre. Il est tres bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Vue sur la mer en prenant le petit dejeuner. La residence est agréable et calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yvelise qui est très gentille et agréable. Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et la corbeille de fruits, le nécessaire pour le petit dejeuner ainsi que le rhum étaient très appréciables. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours avec mon mari et ma fille de 22 mois dans l'appartement et nous étions au top. L'appartement est vraiment bien équipé et agencé, la vue est magnifique. Il est également assez sécurisé pour un enfant en bas âge. La résidence est toujours très propre, la plage privée avec son restaurant très agréable et la piscine gigantesque est adaptée aux enfants. Je recommande à 100% le studio et nous reviendrons probablement en passant par Mme DUNET.

Très bien reçue avec des petites attentions : bouteille de rhum, citrons, brioches, confiture et sans oublier le beurre demi sel ! Le logement est propre, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Accès à un box privatif avec des équipements pour la piscine, plage et la plongée. La vue est juste sublime ! Une belle vue mer (un peu sur la piscine), avec comme seul bruit celui des vagues (et des oiseaux !). Aucune difficulté pour se garer dans la résidence, restaurants à proximité, cependant voiture obligatoire. Si je devais revenir en Guadeloupe, je reprendrais le logement de Katia sans aucun doute.
