The bungalow, renovated in 2025, is located in the residential area with prestigious villas of Saint François, Guadeloupe, with walking access to the beach at 300m (the lagoon of Saint-François) Access to the beach is done with a badge, and you will cross a tropical, supervised and secure park to arrive on the beach (lagoon of Saint François).<br>The bungalow is close to Sainte-Anne (10 minutes), Gosier (15 minutes) and the village of Saint-François (5 minutes). It has a beautiful wooden terrace, equipped with a bar, a lounge and a table. The comfort is optimal and the decoration is neat.
