Cottage Carambole

The Carambole Cottage is a brand-new, 65m² detached house with its own garden in Saint-François. <br>It is located at Pointe des Châteaux, just a stone’s throw from the nature reserve, in a quiet setting. Several restaurants and a small supermarket are a 2-minute walk away. Surrounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, just 200 metres away, you’ll find small coves. For beautiful white-sand beaches, you’re a 2-minute drive from Anse à la Gourde and Plage des Salines (25/25 minutes on foot), and a 5-minute walk from Anse Tarare.<br><br>The Carambole Cottage is part of the Gîte Cannelle at Pointe des Châteaux, which features several bungalows. Ideal for family holidays with children or for two couples looking to stay in Guadeloupe. Sleeps up to 6 (maximum 4 adults). The cottage is fully equipped; sheets, bath towels, and tea towels are included and are changed weekly. The cottage has its own rainwater collection system to supply the toilets, as well as a buffer tank in case of a water outage.<br><br>The Carambole cottage is laid out as follows:<br>– A bedroom with a walk-in closet and a 160-cm double bed<br>– A bedroom with a walk-in closet and two single beds that can be pushed together if needed<br>– A living room with a closet, TV, and a pull-out bed (sleeps 2). The living room opens fully onto the shaded terrace via electric blinds. The layout of the house has been designed so that the living room can function as a separate bedroom. You can access the terrace and the other rooms without having to go through the living room.<br>– A fully equipped, open kitchen with a serving hatch leading to the patio (large refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, combination oven, barbecue)<br>– A lovely L-shaped terrace opening onto a private garden with a view of the forest<br>– Separate toilet<br>– Bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower<br><br>For families with young children, all necessary equipment can be provided free of charge upon request.<br>A large, fully fenced, and secure 4m x 8m swimming pool, as well as a washing machine, are available for free use and shared with the other bungalows at the Gîte.<br>
