Stress bungalow,be careful.

The specified location on the map does not correspond to reality and specified distances to the place of interest are false,all distances need to be increased by 10 time.For example, the nearest beach is 4.5 km away and without a car is not possible.It Is a rural area with unlit streets and angry dogs in them.Before arrival, we asked for the address to which we can arrive, as we did not know the exact time of arrival.We did not receive the address, but the host met us at the agreed place.Everything was complicated because we arrived to rest in the town without a car.Due to the Christmas period, it is not possible to rent a car.The mobile connection in that place is very bad, the wifi is unstable and has not been at all for 3 days.The bungalow is nicely and functionally furnished.There is no washing machine,11 days hand wash.No communication in English.The host is arrogant and distractedand, the cherry on the cake, was demanded that we leave the day earlier...:)My recommendationto the owner, with this attitude, should not be in the service sphere.

Bon accueil et grande disponibilité du propriétaire. Gîte conforme à l’annonce, parfait pour deux personne et pour un court séjour . Petite piscine très appréciée. Bien situé (attraits touristiques). Pourrait améliorer l’équipement de la cuisine (très sommaire). Les indications de l’emplacement manquent de précision. Difficile à trouver

J’ai fait ma réservation le 27 au matin Elle a bien été validé et j’ai même eut mon numéro de réservation.A 00h00 je reçois un message de l’hôte me disant:Je suis désolé j’ai vu votre message en retard merci d’annuler ma réservation.J’ai envoyé un message aussitôt à 00:03 Silence radio de l’hôte j’ai appelé plusieurs et toujours pas de réponse.J’ai essayé de voir pour l’annulation ainsi que le remboursement tout était grisé.Etant dans l’impossibilité de faire quoi ce soit.Je me suis rapproché du service client ABRITEL don’t j’ai expliqué la situation.Ils m’ont fait savoir que c’est l’hôte seul qui avait la possibilité d’annuler la réservation.La demande d’annulation ne venait pas de moi car c’est l’hôte qui demandais cette annulation.Le service assistance ABRITEL à aussi essayé de le joindre mais sans réponse.Face à la malhonnêteté de l’autre ils ont procéder a l’annulation et au remboursement pour et je vous remercie pour votre compréhension et réactivité face à ce problème.Je vous remercie encore pour l’aide apportée.Il faudra faire en sorte que personne ne tombe encore dans ce piège.Cordialement Mr PIERRE-LOUIS

Merci Gérard pour votre gentillesse , vos attentions pour le 1er petit déjeuner , votre bouteille d'eau au frais et votre clé USB de films, pour nous permettre de vivre au mieux la situation de confinement en cette période de crise sanitaire .Avec votre logement au top et la piscine nous avons pu profité de la chaleur de la guadeloupe .Promis nous reviendrons dans votre logement et cette fois pour visiter la Guadeloupe .

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le logement est bien placé (à 5 minutes du bourg de Saint-François) et sécurisé. Gérald est très accueillant , nous reviendrons sûrement.
