Hôte accueillant, facilement disponible Très bel endroit avec un beau potentiel mais vieillisant.Bon couchage, cuisine équipée, four d'appoint du fait du non fonctionnement du four de la cuisinière. Contrairement à l'annonce, la plage à 5 mn en voiture, n'est pas accessible à pied.Points forts , la belle piscine et l'autonomie énergétique du fait de panneaux solaires et de batteries.Nous recommandons chaleureusement en encourageant les quelques aménagements de rafraîchissement du bien

Séjour à Saint Francois

Notre arrivée c’est faite très facilement et nous avons êtes accueilli par de très bons acras maison. Pour le départ nous avons eu la liberté de jouir de la maison jusqu’à l’heure que nous souhaitions. La maison est conforme à sa description, un peu vieillissante certe, mais très agréable. Dommage que la piscine et le jardin se situent sur le côté de la terrasse à vivre. Côté où loge l’hôte. Seul bémol pendant notre séjour, l’inefficacité du frigo, problématique, compte tenu de la chaleur. L’intervention de deux techniciens, un peu tardive, a réglé le problème. Mais celle ci aurait mérité d’être faite avant notre arrivée. En résumé un agréable séjour dans un quartier très calme et proche des commodités, mais avec des équipements qui mériteraient un coup de neuf: Frigo, ustensiles de cuisine, équipements pour la piscine et pour la plage…

Tres jolie endroit au calme.

Passé un moment de timiditée notre logeuse nous a gâté de tres bon acras. Bon contact La villa est tres bien placée au calme et tres près de la plage. Un peu en dessous des prestations présentées. Maison viellissante. Bon séjour.

Notre sejour d'une duree de 25 jours a été agréable dans la villa tres bien située par rapport à St Francois au calme dans un petit village. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, le jardin d'agrément bien entouré par la végétation abondante, grande terrasse super sympa, villa correcte pour 3 couples. Propriétaire sur place et tres discrète nous a offert des fruits exotiques. Un peu de vaisselle, couverts en plus permettrait d'utiliser moins le lave vaisselle. Pour un prochain sejour nous louerions volontiers cette villa. Cordialement

Sehr schönes Haus, unprofessionelle Vermieterin

Sehr schönes , gepflegtes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Leider stellte die Vermieterin vor der Abreise eine Nachforderung von nochmal 20 Prozent des Mietpreises. Dabei wurde eine nochmalige Summe für Endreinigung und Wäsche von 135 euro verlangt, obwohl eine "menage" von 60 euro im Mietpreis schon eingeschlossen gewesen war. Zusätzlich forderte sie noch Transfer entgelt von der Bank udn wollte die Provision an Fewo ebenfalls nachfordern. Ein sehr ärgerlicher Abschluss eines eigentlich schönen Aufenthalts.

Quartier très calme et proche de toutes les commodités. La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable. Seul hic et non des moindres, nous avions contacté la propriétaire pour savoir si le linge de maison était fourni et sa réponse fut oui. Mais a notre arrivée, il nous a été signifié que des frais de blanchisserie d'un montant de 75 € était à rajouter à la note. Et ce n'est pas tout il nous fallait en plus payer 60 de ménage, si nous ne voulions pas le faire. Ce qui est normal quand on arrive et que tout est nickel. Sauf que la maison était plutôt sale, notement wc et douche. Après chacun sa notion de propreté. Donc menage à l'arrivée et au départ. De plus, on nous a dit que le lendemain de notre arrivée un technicien devait passer pour rétablir TV et wifi, sauf que personne n'est venu. Donc pas d' internet de toute la semaine. Vous me direz, on ne va pas en guadeloupe pour la TV et internet, mais ce sont des prestations payées et aucune ristourne n'a été offerte. Au contraire il a fallu en plus régler la blanchisserie . Bref nous avons quand même passé de bonnes vacances.

Très agréable jardin avec une très belle piscine

Maison bien située et bien équipée. Très agréable jardin avec une très belle piscine. Environnement calme. La maison mériterait un petit rafraichissement (volet, fenêtres, ameublement,...) et quel dommage que la terrasse ne donne pas sur la piscine. La mer est trop loin à pied mais cela permet d'éviter les odeurs des Sargasses qui empestent les abords des plages!

Gute Lage und herrlicher Garten

Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Garten und privater Pool sind einmalig schön, auch die große Veranda. Die Vermieterin, die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selber ist groß, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man kann bequem zum Bäcker und auch zum Strand laufen. Für Einkäufe braucht man aber ein Auto. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt.
