    Comfortable villa of 135m2, which can accommodate 6 people, fully fenced land with electric gate and wicket gate, parking for 2 cars.

    Equipped kitchen and new bathrooms.

    Very good exposure, you can enjoy the 7m60 long salt water swimming pool and its deckchairs.

    Residential area, quiet, in a cul-de-sac.

    Shops and bakery (2kms) less than 5 minutes by car.
    Other beaches can be found in the vicinity of the villa.
