PARADIS PAYS Villa 2 to 8 people with private pool

Villa Paradis Pays is a new Creole villa (February 2019) located 3km from the city center of Saint-François in a quiet environment with private pool and fenced garden. It is located 5 minutes by car from the shops, the market, the Raisins Clairs beach and all tourist facilities and activities (18-hole golf course, casino, aerodrome, ferry terminal, nautical base, etc.)

The villa can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. It has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) opens onto a large living / dining room and a large terrace. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen (washing machine, fridge, iron / ironing board). The sleeping area is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are air conditioned with queen size beds and equipped with walk-in closets, the 3rd bedroom is located in a large, well ventilated mezzanine with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The whole is completed by separate toilets, a large bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Linen (towels and kitchen towels) is provided and beds are made up for your arrival. You can order local dishes, especially for the evening of your arrival. Products for the preparation of your 1st breakfast are offered to you. The owners welcome you on your arrival and are at your disposal for the duration of your stay.
The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Il faisait 35 degrés, humidité à 80% pas de clim le jours, pas de moustiquaire, bref trop chaud, épidémie de dengue en même temps.Nous avons écourté nos vacances de 10 jours. Un sejour parfait

la villa est très bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Elle est idéalement placée, en retrait du centre ville et à la fois proche (moins de 5 minutes). Nous avons énormément apprécié nos petits déjeuner en terrasse et nos petites siestes au bord de la piscine. Un grand merci à Chantal et Cocol pour leur accueil, et pour la soirée ou nous avons bien échanger et pas mal rigolé adresse à retenir

Déçus dans l'ensemble. Propriétaire moyennement aimable

Dans l'ensemble la maison est correcte et à peu près conforme au descriptif, si ce n'est qu'il n'y a pas de wifi dans la maison, la wifi étant chez la propriétaire qui habite à proximité et que juste à côté de la maison il y a un chantier avec des engins qui viennent travailler, donc faire du bruit et de la poussière. Egalement, il faut couper la climatisation la journée, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans le contrat de location. Nous avions laissé la climatisation en fonctionnement la première journée et la propriétaire est entrée dans la location pendant notre absence pour la couper. Nous n'avons pas trouvé cela très correct, elle aurait pu nous appeler pour nous demander de couper la climatisation tout simplement et ne pas entrer en notre absence. De plus il est mentionné dans le contrat de location qu'elle ne peut être accusée de vol, s'il venait à manquer quelque chose. Donc bien lire le contrat de location et bien faire l'état des lieux en entrant ce que l'on a tendance à ne pas faire parce qu'on arrive en général assez tard le soir. Nous avons eu quelques mots pas très sympas de la propriétaire après être partis. Le canapé est très vieux, déchiré, seulement recouvert par des plaids pour cacher la misère. Le reste du mobilier ainsi que la vaisselle est de qualité médiocre. En résumé, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location

Propriétaires très sympathiques. Quelques améliorations rendraient le séjour parfait dans cette agréable villa comme des volets à chaque fenêtres, un ménage plus approfondi et de l’ombre sur la terrasse pour pouvoir y prendre le petit déjeuner.
