The "Les Palmiers" Villa: Simplicity and Conviviality
- The villa les palmiers overlooks a plot of 1200 M² at the bottom of which are 2 F2 30 M of your F3. Very fast 5G internet.
It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a 160X200 bed and a 90x190 single bed with mosquito nets, 2 shower rooms and toilets.
The living room adjoining the kitchen opens onto the terrace which allows you to enjoy the garden, a view of the beach at 200M, and the island of Marie Galante and to bask in the wind on the deckchairs or hammocks. The swimming pool reserved for you is located behind the villa in a wooded and flowery environment. In addition to being by the sea with the beach of the coulée in front and 800 m on the left the beach of the balaou and on the right that of the champagne beach. The international golf course is less than 1 km away. The marina is just a little further away and the city centre is 1km5 away. The popular Pointe des Châteaux is 10 minutes away by car.
The small aerodrome will allow you to make beautiful microlight outings, first flights or parachutes.
