- We offer this spacious apartment T3 in the DRC Residence Crystal Beach with garden view and partial pool. A private and secure parking place just in front of the apartment.
This spacious and renovated 74m2 apartment is 80 meters from the beach of the Grapes Clairs in Saint François.
Our apartment can accommodate 6 people in optimal comfort.
2 air conditioned bedrooms and 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people, fan and fan. Cot and chair available for free.
WC separated from the bathroom.
Terrace of 12m2 with table and 6 chairs.
Beds made on arrival, towels and tea towels provided.
Next to the Residence you will find a delicious bakery, restaurants, mini markets.
You are 1 km from the city center and all amenities.
Extra cost :
Beyond the 4th person, 10 € / pers and per stay will be requested for cleaning.
A tourist tax of 1. 50 € / pers and per night is to be paid upon arrival. Free for children under 18 years old.
Upon your arrival, a deposit of 500 € will be required. If no damage, it will be returned on the day of your departure. In case of damage of any kind, the deposit will be refunded after settlement of repairs or replacements.
