Tiare 4 people private pool above the Gulf of St. François.

  • Tiaré is located in the Résidence Les Hauts de St François. 3x5m swimming pool with tree-lined deck and deckchairs in the heart of a private tropical garden. Covered terrace with garden furniture and dining table. Barbecue area. Water tank. Fully equipped kitchen with bar, high chairs, dishwasher. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobe, 160X200 beds, TV in each bedroom, wifi, dressing room, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and WC. Well-maintained residential area above the Golf and the Marina. Close to the city center, casino, restaurants, shops and bakery. Everything is accessible on foot, beach 5 minutes by car. We will be at your disposal to inform you about the visits and outings not to be missed on our beautiful island.
    We will ask for a cleaning fee of €70 to be paid upon your arrival.
    For an arrival at the TIARE cottage, after 10 p.m. or a departure before 8 a.m., Aurore, who will welcome you on site, will ask you €25.

Super séjour ! Le logement est très agréable, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Tout est propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, vraiment top et bien chaude grâce à son exposition au soleil ! Petit conseil : attention au parquet un peu glissant en sortant de l’eau. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Hébergement daté qui mérite des travaux. Accueil dans la cour par un scooter cassé, odeur de renfermé dans la cuisine et dans les chambres. Piscine non nettoyée, lumière au dessus du lavabo de la salle de bains inutilisable et avec fils apparents. Moisissures dans les douches. Absence de Wifi dû à Orange les propriétaires n’y sont pour rien. Nous avons fini par aller dormir ailleurs.

Herzlicher Empfang. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Tolle Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln, Hängematte, Ventilator und ausreichend Licht. Kleiner, feiner Pool mit Dusche. Alles sehr gut gepflegt & sauber. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Bequeme Betten, gute Klimaanlage, Moskitonetz & ein sehr schönes Badezimmer. Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten die Marina oder die Markthalle. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt & sagen DANKE!

Emplacement idéal sécurisé intime. Il y a comme équipements tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le confort des lits et des fauteuils extérieurs sont moyens. La différence de niveau entre le sol autour de la piscine et le plancher du pavillon devrait être identifiée, par une ligne de couleur contrastante. Risque de chûte, 3 sur 4 ont failli se blesser.

Une case immergee au milieu de la nature

Une maison tres agreable, ouverte et tournee vers la piscine. Avec une vegetation luxuriante environnante qui permet d etre bien isoles des voisins. Des chambres confortables avec climatisation (indispensable!) Agathe, l hote d accueil tres accueillante et facilitante pour la procedure de depart. Tres belle semaine. Je recommande !

Noël au soleil

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, de belles fêtes de fin d'année dans ce joli cottage. Très bon accueil d'Agathe, lotissement bien entretenu, la ville de St François est agréable. Notre fils a bien profité de la piscine, et quel plaisir de profiter de cette végétation tropicale, des oiseaux au petit déjeuner et du chant des grenouilles à la nuit tombée...

Sejour d'une semaine dans les hauts de st François

Séjour mis à mal par une invasion de blattes tropicales certes mais aussi de cafards bien de chez nous. Il est néanmoins à noter un accueil très chaleureux et une très bonne réactivité d'Agathe. Le reste du sejour s'est déroulé sans encombre. Localisation idéale, piscine privée, literie de qualité.

La maison correspond exactement aux photos. Nous avons bien apprécié Agathe, les lieux en générales. Nous avons été déçu de l'odeur de la chambre, ça sentait beaucoup l'humidité (très persistant), malgré les conseils de l'homme de main de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes durant le jours et air clim, la nuit. Notre 2e points négatifs est le confort des chaises extérieures (table et salon) Il nous a manqué un peu de confort.

Alles hat perfekt geklappt! Wir wurden herzlich durch Agathe begrüsst und haben sogleich einen feinen Rum und Früchte bekommen. Agathe war auch den ganzen Urlaub sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön und alle Zimmer mit Klima ausgestattet. Grosse gedeckte Terrasse mit einem neuen Holzkohlegrill! In der Küche wäre ein Ventilator noch sehr hilfreich. Sehr schöner grosser Pool ein verstellbarer Sonnenschirm wäre super! Alles in nächster Nähe. Einfach Perfekt! Danke Sylvie!

Merci à pascal pour son accueil, ton tiaré est très confortable, bien placé, et très bien équipé.On a passé de très belles vacances et encore merci pour le rhum d'accueil!! Et merci aussi à Agathe et son fils pour la remise des clefs, vous avez été adorables et vous nous avez donné encore plus envie de venir vivre dans cette ile magique.
