Wonderful house in a great setting

Was the second time we have stayed here. David and Laurence are perfect hosts, there if you need them but always giving full privacy. The villa is just outside the centre of Saint-Francois, so is very handy for the amenities of the town and nearby beaches. It is located in good size grounds with lots of outside space and not overlooked. Also has a decent size pool. This really set it apart from the other places we have stayed on the island. The villa itself is furnished to a high quality with all you would need to have a great holiday. Would highly recommend it. Thanks again and we hope to see you again soon. Richard & May

Das Haus ist wunderbar mit einem schönen Pool und einer Outdoor-Küche. Leider gibt es häufig nachts ein Problem mit der öffentlichen Wasserversorgung.

Heerlijk buitenleven

De locatie was perfect voor ons. Als je de drukte wilt opzoeken dan ga je naar de super mooie stranden om te zonnen, zwemmen of een hapje eten. Maar hou je van rust dan is het huisje een perfecte locatie om te zijn. Je leeft daar de hele dag buiten met alles bij de hand. Er is een groot zwembad met een groot dek met verschillende zit/ligplaatsen. Fantastische buitenkeuken. Zeker een aanrader.

Ideal pour repos, détente et découverte de la Guadeloupe

Tout ici invite au repos et à la détente. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié et profité du confort des espaces extérieurs autour de la piscine qui sont très bien aménagés (toujours de l'ombre). La maison est globalement bien équipée et parfaitement située (aucun vis à vis) dans un environnement verdoyant à 5 minutes de la plage et à 10 des restaurants, du marché.... Laurence et David sont à la fois aux petits soins et très discrets.

Oase der Ruhe

Ankommen und wohlfühlen ist hier nicht nur eine Phrase! Wir hatten tierischen Besuch von Hund, Katze, Vögeln, Hühnern und einem Leguan. Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und stets hilfsbereit, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind Klasse und man muss sich fast selbst zusammenreißen, um etwas von Guadeloupe zu sehen, da man es auch vorzüglich im Ferienhaus aushalten würde. Auch bezüglich der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung des Hauses gab es nichts zu monieren. Schade ist einzig und allein, dass das Domizil in etwa 45 Autominuten von den schönsten (und seetangfreien) Stränden Grande-Terres (Anse de Souffleur bei Port-Louis und Plage de L'Anse Bertrand) entfernt ist... Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Un séjour formidable!

Une villa exceptionnelle au milieu d un jardin tropical! Que demander de plus ?!! Des vacances inoubliables alliant nature et farniente. Nous avons adoré le lieu proche de toutes commodités et en plus un dépaysement total. Magnifique piscine et maison bien entretenue. Laurence a été d une grande gentillesse mais également de bons conseils d excursions. Je recommande fortement.

Merci à Laurence et David de nous avoir si chaleureusement accueillis dans leur superbe villa. Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans ce petit coin de paradis idéalement situé par rapport à st François. Dans le grand jardin fleuri nous avons vu passer des poules, des oiseaux des papillons, la chienne super attachante des propriétaires ! La partie extérieure couverte avec la piscine double la surface de vie de la villa. La villa est parfaitement équipée, décorée aux goûts du jour et très propre pour passer un séjour sans manquer de rien. Je recommande sans hésiter cette location pour un couple ou une famille jusqu’à 2 adultes + 4 enfants

Exceptionnel !!!

Nous avons séjourné 11 nuits dans la villa Noix de cajou. C'est un véritable havre de paix. Elle est très fonctionnelle, sans vis à vis, entourée de verdure. Le chant des oiseaux nous accompagne dès le matin. Nos enfants ont pu profiter de la superbe piscine, observer des lézards et même un iguane dans le jardin. Elle est idéalement située, proche de plages paradisiaques et de restos sympas. Nous sommes partis faire de nombreuses excursions sur Basse Terre sans aucun souci... Laurence, la propriétaire, est très accueillante et très discrète. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous Ce qui est certain, c'est que nous reviendrons dans ce fabuleux pays et nous ne chercherons pas une autre location. Celle-ci est un vrai paradis...

LE PARADIS

Nous avons aimé notre semaine passée dans cette villa entre deux cyclones. Le calme est au rendez-vous, le centre de Saint François est proche. Nous pensons revenir prochainement. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles pour les locataires.

Petit nid tropical douillet et reposant

Au bout du chemin, vous serez attendus par David, votre hôte, qui vous fera découvrir cette jolie location atypique, très bien entretenue et fonctionnelle tant à l’intérieur qu’ à l’extérieur. Fatigués de votre voyage, vous apprécierez alors les petites attentions qui vous permettront de prendre votre 1er petit déjeuner (fruits, pain, café, confiture, jus de fruit…) et ce n’est que le lendemain matin une fois installés sur cette très jolie terrasse que vous prendrez alors toute la dimension de ce petit havre de paix encerclé de végétation. Bercés par le gazouillis des oiseaux, les vacances commenceront vraiment, et vous vous direz chaque jour « qu’est ce qu’on est bien !! ». Si vous avez besoin de calme et de sérénité tout en étant à proximité de la plage et du centre ville, cette adresse est pour vous. La douceur de vivre et la gentillesse des gens font un bien fou et je n’ai qu’un seul regret : ne pas être restée une 4ème semaine ! Merci encore David pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité et c’est avec grand plaisir que je ferai un deuxième séjour dans votre nid tropical !

FABULEUX !!!!!

Cela fait la quatrième fois que nous louons la Noix de cajou pour notre plus grand bonheur😍 c'est un endroit plein de charme et d'authenticité ; les poules caquettent dans le jardin dès le matin ,Gucci la chienne des propriétaires vient nous dire bonjour régulièrement , les multiples oiseaux se régalent des miettes du petit déjeuner ... on se sent loin de tout c'est magique !(alors qu'on est à 5 min des commerces !!!) un véritable havre de paix !!! La maison est bien conçue façon "dedans dehors " . Laurence et David sont accueillants, discrets, chaleureux ,aux petits soins ,bref ..on adore et vivement la cinquième fois !!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

vacances merveilleuses dans un cadre idylique

Pour la troisième fois, nous louons la même maison à st François. Comme nous sommes restés quatre semaine, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Les propriétaires, Laurence et David, toujours aussi serviables. Nous avons profité de la nouvelle cuisine intégrée, avec lave vaisselle! Tout était parfait. Le chien de la famille Gucci, est devenu notre copain, et nous rendait souvent visite. Nous avons aussi eu la chance de voir un iguane traverser le jardin. Location à recommander les yeux fermés. Vivement l'année prochaine Christiane et Jean-Claude

COMME SUR LES PHOTOS...

Nous avons trouvé facilement la villa grâce aux indications de David. La description et les photos sont fidèles en tout point. L'endroit est propice à la détente (on s'habitue très bien au chant du coq !). Nous étions 2 couples et la configuration de la villa avec ses 2 sdb avec WC s'y prête bien. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. La terrasse est le lieu de vie et de repos...Nous avons trouvé les lits fait en arrivant, des serviettes dans les salles de bains et des serviettes à l'extérieur pour la piscine, des torchons, de quoi faire le petit-déjeuner, des fruits et....du rhum ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous conseillons cette location !

superbe séjour

nous avons passé une semaine(un couple avec un bébé) dans cette villa. Conforme aux images, confortable, agréable, propre. pas loin du centre ville et de la plage, tout en étant dans un coin discret et calme. Propriétaires sympathiques ainsi que gucci, notre compagnon du séjour, très sympathique aussi! la piscine est agréable, bébé a apprécié ses petits bains et les parents aussi! à recommander

Wonderful holiday in Guadeloupe

Great location for exploring Guadeloupe and very close to Saint-Francois. The house is furnished to a high standard with a perfect outdoor space with a natural salt water pool in the private garden. Big thank you to the owners David and Laurence who were very nice and super helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward coming back sometime soon.
