Private: property 1 ha (fenced) with trees, meadow, swimming pool heated, fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Lablachère centre" 2 km.

Der Pool ist ein Traum. Wenn man es ruhig und zurück gezogen etwas abseits vom Touristen Trubel mag, ist man hier genau richtig. Wanderungen könne direkt vor der Haustür beginnen.

Herrlich ruhig abgelegenes Urlaubsdomizil am Fuße der Cevennen. Vermieter sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Das kühlende kleine, aber innen helle Steinhaus, das mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet wurde, ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern. Weinkooperative und Discounter im 2.5km entfernten Lablachère. Pooltechnik arbeitet sehr sauber und einwandfrei. 2 der weißen Poolliegen aus recyceltem Plastik sollten auch für Eltern bis 125kg Gewicht ausgelegt sein. Keine 220V außerhalb des Hauses.

Un endroit calme et ressourçant. Le lieu, le cadre et la piscine sont les points forts de cette location. Le moulin rénové est très charmant et comporte toute les commodités nécessaires à un séjour agréable. C’est reculé mais quand même proche des divers commerces. La rivière à proximité est asséchée à cause de la sécheresse… Les enfants ont aimé se promener sur le lit vierge d’eau. Le point négatif a été les nuits trop chaudes dans des pièces difficiles à aérer…

Perfekte Unterkunft - ehemalige Ölmühle

Wir vier haben uns, wie bereits vor drei Jahren, auch vom 22.05. - 05.06.21 sehr wohl in unserem Urlaubshaus gefühlt. Perfekt der große Naturgarten direkt am Bach, der schöne, sogar beheizte Pool und natürlich das Haus mit der großen Treppe, auf der wir gerne in der Abendsonne saßen... Drumherum gibt es viel zu sehen und erleben, so dass wir auch dieses Mal wieder in etwa im 20km-Radius ums Urlaubshaus blieben... Großes Lob auch an den netten Vermieter,

Ein wunderbarer Ort Urlaub zu machen

Eine ruhige, abgelegene Unterkunft mit einem herrlichen Pool und sehr freundlichem Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist hell, gemütlich und eher einfach gehalten, bietet aber alles was notwendig ist, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist genial und der eigentliche Aufenthaltsort :-).

Das Ferienhaus ist klein aber ...

Das Ferienhaus ist klein aber fein, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken. Bei herrlichem Wetter eine prima Unterkunft. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es junge Leute, die Bier brauen. Reisetipps: Die Region ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Man kann Wandern, Kanu fahren oder an den Badestellen der Flüsse baden, auf Märkten bummeln, Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen, gut essen z.B. in der Auberge les Murets oder La Boucherade in Le Gua (Vorher nach den Öffnungszeiten erkundigen) oder einfach faulenzen. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

décompression totale dans ce lieu au milieu de la nature

Semaine de détente totale et d'enchantement des yeux avec un paysage magnifique, des oreilles avec les chants des diverses oiseaux, le bourdonnement des insectes, le chant des grenouilles, la mélodie du cours d'eau. Loin de tout voisinage, le moulin est confortable, la piscine est parfaite pour se rafraichir ou pratiquer de l'exercice. La situation proche des marchés régionaux permet de découvrir les produits locaux. L'accueil des propriétaires correspond tout à fait à "l'esprit" de ce lieu.
