There is one bedroom with a quality 160 cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. The modern bathroom offers a shower and double sink, with separate toilets. WiFi and TV are provided.



Enjoy the front terrace with garden space, outdoor furniture, and barbecue. Private outdoor area with patio and secure parking in the driveway. Shower chair available on request. A small welcome gift awaits you upon arrival.



Just 300 meters from the beach and local shops, you are centrally located to explore Domino, Les Sables Vigniers, Chaucre beaches, Chassiron lighthouse, La Cotinière port and market, and scenic cycling routes through forests, dunes, and marshes. Oléron golf course is about 15 km away. Activities include cycling, hiking, swimming, fishing, and water sports.
