Un location agréable, au calme, proche de toutes les commodités.
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette petite location qui est bien située sur l'île d'Oléron. Pascal est très accueillant et de bons conseils !
Cette petite maison est calme, bien agencée, lumineuse.

Une maisonnette mitoyenne à d’autres.
Sur son emplacement rien à dire.
Les photos sont conformes à l’annonce.
Un bémol cependant,
La cuisine n’est pas du tout adaptée pour une petite famille. Seulement deux feux inductions peu efficaces.
Le four ne marchait pas et faisait sauter le disjoncteur de la maison.
Et rien nous a été proposé pour remédier à ce problème.
Très peu d’ustensiles, et peu adaptés à la cuisine.
Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à réaliser les déjeuners et dîners.
Ces points nous ont un peu gâché le séjour.
Concernant la petite cours privée, elle est très agréable même si la terrasse posée n’est pas en bois imputrescible, de fait les lattes ne demandent qu’à céder même sous le poids des enfants. Le mobilier est très fragile également.
La literie de la chambre est très agréable, mais celle du canapé lit du salon est un peu rude et ne conviendrait qu’à de l’appoint, et non à utiliser sur une semaine voir plus.
Nous pensons que cette maison est plus adaptée à un couple avec un jeune enfant mais sûrement pas à une famille avec deux enfants et encore moins à 4 adultes.
Appartement fonctionnel et agréable. Proche du centre de St-George avec quelques commerces.
Très bon contact avec Pascal, l'acceuillant, qui répond à toutes les questions et donnent de bons tuyaux.
